花水湾名人度假酒店

雖然酒店不是新開的，但是設施齊全，房間裡面的小泡池好特別！愛了愛了🙂室外的溫泉♨️也多，那股硫磺味跟我們這的不一樣，泡完很舒服👍還會再來的。。。

房间舒適有阳台，正宗琉璜温泉，泉水36-43度水温熱度適中，有水质鉴定证明，更有服务员值守確保安全。自助早餐食物豐富，前台禮賓小花親切友善帮忙，不错的住宿体验。

We stayed at Celebrity Holiday Hotel Huashuiwan several months ago, and had a overall pleasant experience there. The resort was huge and features a hot spring, which is free to hotel guests. The room is big but is not designed in a 5-star manner. The bathroom is designed in such a way that, when taking a bath, water can easily flow into the room. Also, the room had a strange odor. The housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly, but the front desk staff were not. We asked the front desk staff about how to go back to Chengdu several times, and all of them gave different answers. Overall, this hotel is the best in the Dayi region, but given the sub-par service and room, I will think twice about whether I should stay in this hotel if I visit Dayi again.

I stayed in a villa which had 2 bedrooms. It was decently furnished and comfortable (the beds were tatami style - no bedframes, only mattresses on the floor) and there was even a mahjong table in the living room. Wouldn't say it's a 5 star place though. Room service was impressive too. However the breakfast really sucked quite badly so don't bother waking up early for it. |The hot springs are located walking distance to the hotel and villas so that was pretty nice. I went after dinner and it wasn't that crowded and there are many hot springs (both indoors and outdoors) to choose from.

我住在一栋有两间卧室的别墅里。房间布置得体，很舒适（床是榻榻米式的——没有床架，地板上只有床垫），客厅里甚至还有一张麻将桌。但不会说这是一个五星级的地方。客房服务也令人印象深刻。然而早餐真的很糟糕所以不要费心早起。 |温泉距离酒店和别墅仅几步之遥，所以非常好。我是晚饭后去的，那里人不多，有很多温泉（室内和室外）可供选择。

我们入驻的行政日式房，用了BOSS卡，便宜了几百，房间非常好，比照片上的好，很大，浴缸特别爽，情侣两个人完全不会拥挤，房间也干净，没有灰尘。过道上的保洁阿姨也会主动向你问好，这点很不容易。床是亮点，很柔软但又不会踏下去，睡了一觉全身轻松，温泉也巴适，泡了以后第二天全身都是滑溜溜的。室外温泉的服务员也很贴心，会跟你倒水。不足之处有三点：第一，我们从车库到前台到房间，很多东西，都没有礼宾来帮忙拿下。第二：温泉处的服务人员明显不如住房这边，换衣服那里大叔表情呆滞，小鱼温泉那里大叔态度很一般。第三点：早餐不像是千元一晚酒店的早餐，嘿嘿，不过下次来我依然会选择这家酒店。总体感觉很棒！

Advertised as a 5* hotel, this place does not quite reach that standard, but a good 4* is a fair comment. Friendly and efficient check in (although no English at all) . The rooms are lovely, spacious, clean with a good view of the mountains. A nice balcony with a bath or shower that overlooks the view too. The hot springs are natural and therefore smell a bit sulphurous but with lovely mineral rich water at 43 degrees great to relax in. There is a water park for the kids and plenty of beauty treatments for the grown ups. No more sitting in a spa with your feet in a bowl of water being nibbled by fish, here you sit in the warm waters covered totally by little fish a bargain at only 38rmb. Other treatments include massage, mud baths and salt or sand burial. A beautiful area too you can hire a bicycle and go exploring. Breakfast was very Chinese but tasty, the toaster didn't really work and there was no butter only jam, but what the hell I enjoyed it!

广告上说这个地方是一家 5 星级酒店，但实际上并没有达到这个标准，但是 4 星级酒店是一个不错的评价。办理入住手续友好高效（虽然根本不会说英语）。房间很漂亮、宽敞、干净，可以看到美丽的山景。一个漂亮的阳台，配有浴缸或淋浴，也可以俯瞰美景。温泉是天然的，因此闻起来有点硫磺味，但 43 度的水富含矿物质，非常适合放松身心。这里有一个适合孩子们的水上乐园，也有很多适合成年人的美容护理服务。再也不用坐在水疗中心里，脚放在一碗水里被鱼儿啃咬了，在这里，你坐在温暖的海水里，浑身都是小鱼，便宜只需 38 元。其他治疗方法包括按摩、泥浴以及盐葬或沙葬。这是一个美丽的地区，您可以租一辆自行车去探索。早餐很中式，但很好吃，烤面包机不太好用，也没有黄油，只有果酱，但我到底喜欢什么！

会议商务入住的，价格很贵近2千元，室内的设施比较老旧，单面盆设计，没有卫洗丽，温泉也是公共的没有私汤。因为之前在北碚温泉以及去日本同价位的对比，虽然不是自己出钱，也感觉不够划算。早餐很丰富，不过工作人员收拾餐盘很慢。

It was the most expensive hotel we had paid in our holiday however the services and hotel was not impressive at all. Firstly, we were being informed that the 5 star hotel has not heater when we called from our room. We find it such a joke that such a highly rated hotel has no heater. So we went down all the way to the reception again, to seek assistance. Thankfully, there is heater or else we will be frozen up in the room!||During breakfast, we had to share tables with other guests as there were not enough tables. Quality of breakfast - edible ||Lastly, the hotel did not even bother to assist foreign guests like us who do not drive to the hotel. When we requested for any shuttle bus/car to get to the main road which is just 2km away, the staff said the bus might come or not, so instead of waiting we can just walk with the cooling air. So, we had to walked 2km with our luggages bag with us.||||Basically, the hotel has nothing special except for its section of hotspring and spa. Otherwise, it can be skipped. Rather than spending time and money at Huashuiwan, go to Xiling Snow Mountain

这是我们假期住过的最贵的酒店，但服务和酒店一点也不令人印象深刻。首先，当我们从房间打电话时，我们被告知这家五星级酒店没有加热器。这么高评价的酒店居然没有暖气，我们觉得真是个笑话。于是我们又一路走到接待处寻求帮助。值得庆幸的是，有暖气，否则我们会被冻在房间里！||早餐期间，我们不得不与其他客人共用桌子，因为没有足够的桌子。早餐质量-可食用||最后，酒店甚至懒得帮助像我们这样不开车去酒店的外国客人。当我们要求任何穿梭巴士/汽车前往仅2公里外的主干道时，工作人员说巴士可能会来也可能不会，所以我们不用等待，可以带着凉爽的空气步行。于是，我们不得不带着行李走了2公里。||||基本上，酒店除了温泉和水疗区之外，没有什么特别的。否则，可以跳过。与其花时间和金钱去花水湾，不如去西岭雪山
