成都瑞峰酒店

The hotel was nice enough to give us a room upgrade which we really appreciated! Hotel staff were courteous and friendly, check-in procedures were fuss free & fast :-) Room was also really clean & toilet was bigYou should take note that this is "Rayfont hotel & apar**ent" instead of just Rayfont hotel. Hotel is located near other hotels (ie. Rayfont hotel, Longemont hotel, etc. under the same company) and can be accessed through the underground pass to Rayfont hotel. There were 3-5 tesla chargers right outside the apar**ent. Hotel was big and nice, and was the best we stayed at though it was actually the cheapest one amongst our trip. Would definitely stay at this again considering that it is super close to the high speed rail and a very convenient location for us to catch our train ride.Takeaway was also easy to call for as there was a takeaway area in the lobby. They also allowed us to check in earlier than the time.Thank you so much for the wonderful stay & service!

Super convient location. The hotel is literally attached to the East Railway Station - so getting onto the metro was always easy. You barely have to walk outside to get to the railway station. There was plenty of convenience stores, mom/pop restaurant in the area to eat for dinner. Super clean rooms - we could see the trains coming and going from our hotel room window. Staff spoke some English which was surprising, even when they didn't know how to say something, they would use a translate app to try to communicate with us, which is a plus. We had paid in cash - we left early in the morning, so they did not give us the deposit back, but was kind enough to transfer it back to us via WeChat. Downside: the room was a non-smoking room, but still wreaked of smoke. We had to constantly keep the AC running to combat the smell of smoke. The AC at one point started dripping water. It started to make a funny sound towards the end of our stay.

overall was ok. staff was helpful, assisted us to order from mei tuan delivery because we do not have local phone number. location is extremely good of you are looking for chengdu east train station accom, it’s directly connected underground. have a mini mart which you can get basic stuffs. bed and toilet were ok. although overall it may feel a little dated.

总体还可以。工作人员很乐于助人，帮助我们从美团外卖处订购，因为我们没有本地电话号码。位置非常好，你找的是成都东站accom，地下直通。有一个迷你超市，你可以买到基本的东西。床和厕所都还可以。虽然总体来说可能感觉有点过时了。

前台小姐姐幫我免費升級房間，房間乾淨整潔、淋浴水溫穩定、不會忽高忽低很優秀。位置就在車站旁雖然會聽到月台報站的聲音，但聲音不大還可以接受，對一早要搭車出差的我來說非常方便。

The room: Better than I expected from the photos. Great hotel with nice, clean rooms and upmarket feeling, for a budget price. WiFi was fast, plus a nice view of the railway station. Only wished they had a fridge and microwave, otherwise fully equipped. Unlimited bottled water, just need to call the front desk to request. Many guests order food from Meituan and have it delivered to the ground floor.To get to the hotel: Convenient location, connected to Chengdu East railway station by a tunnel, but I found it easier to navigate above ground. From the railway station, you have to use the East exit platform (the station is huge! I went to the West exit and it was a long walk). From the East platform, look for Longemont Hotel building, after crossing the road, you have to walk a bit further past Longemont Hotel and Rayfont Hotel to arrive at Rayfont Hotel and Apar**ent. You will see some Tesla chargers outside the reception.Nearby: small restaurant available downstairs, many customers streaming in, even for takeaway. Okay food and very affordable. There's a fruit store and also a convenience store that sells a wide variety of things, from snacks and local products for souvenirs to toiletries and luggage bags. Recommend to walk to 凯德广场 nearby to explore the mall and supermarket.Tips: being a transport hub, it has great connectivity. Your options to get to Tianfu Airport are either: using bus number 4 for (costing 15 yuan), or opt for subway Line 7 then switch to Line 18 (costing 11 yuan). There is also a high speed train option but you will need to book tickets in advance. The bus is recommended since it is direct to the airport and easy to store your luggage, and departure is every 20-30 minutes. However, the TFU airport bus counter is difficult to find even though it is located inside the Chengdu East station, so you'll have to ask for directions. There is no bus to Shuangliu Airport, only by high speed train.Highly recommended for the clean rooms and good location.

房间：比我从照片中预期的要好。很棒的酒店，房间漂亮、干净，有高档的感觉，而且价格实惠。无线网络速度很快，而且可以看到火车站的美景。只希望他们有冰箱和微波炉，其他设施齐全。无限量瓶装水，只需致电前台索取即可。很多客人都是在美团订餐，然后送到一楼。 到达酒店： 位置便利，有隧道与成都东站相连，但我觉得走地面比较方便。从火车站出发，必须使用东口站台（车站很大！我走到西口，走了很长一段路）。从东站台，寻找龙之梦酒店大楼，过马路后，经过龙之梦酒店和瑞峰酒店再走一段路，即可到达瑞峰酒店和公寓。接待处外面有一些特斯拉充电器。附近：楼下有小餐馆，很多顾客涌进来，甚至还有外卖。食物还不错而且很实惠。这里有一家水果店和一家便利店，出售各种商品，从小吃和当地特产纪念品到洗漱用品和行李袋。建议步行前往附近的凯德广场，逛逛商场和超市。Tips：作为交通枢纽，四通八达。前往天府机场可选择：乘坐4路公交车（票价15元），或乘坐地铁7号线换乘18号线（票价11元）。还有高速列车可供选择，但您需要提前预订车票。建议乘坐巴士，因为它可直达机场，且易于存放行李，每 20-30 分钟一趟。不过，TFU机场巴士柜台虽然位于成都东站内，却很难找到，所以必须要问路。没有巴士到双流机场，只能乘坐高铁。房间干净，位置优越，强烈推荐。

Great location so close to Chengdu East Train Station. Make sure you come out of the east station exit though as you can’t walk the station. Hotel service is good. Make sure you ask to not be on the side facing the train station as their announcements will wake you up, and away from the lifts. I was in a room next to the lifts and up to 3am I kept getting woken by the ‘bing bong’ of the lift stopping outside. The hotel changed my room the next day without question and with a good attitude. I’d happily stay again.

Location is very near Chengdu east station and prices is reasonable! Room may not look new but it’s clean and comfortable too. Room is not small and toilet is very huge. Nice staff and 24 hrs. Front desk

Was here 4 nights. At first I was confused which building to enter. The hotel is behind two hotels, you can see the tesla chargers as a landmark. The room is cleaned every day. Clean bed linen, comfortable mattress and pillow. Immediately 2 bottles of water, a kettle, slippers, toothbrushes and shampoo, everything you need is there. Water and all other things are replaced during cleaning. The hotel is close to the metro and railway station. If I'm in Chengdu I will definitely come back here.
