成都保利公园皇冠假日酒店

We stayed here for our son’s birthday so we could go to the pandas. We had an amazing stay. We were upgraded to a panda suite and the staff decorated the bedroom with balloons and birthday decor. We had booked use of the executive lounge but that was being refurbished so the staff went above and beyond providing food and drinks during the alloted time slot as part of our package. They also provided a birthday cake. Nothing was too much trouble… they really went above and beyond! There is also a free shuttle bus to and from the Panda Centre from the hotel. The hotel itself is panda themed which is tastefully done. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

我们在这里度过了儿子的生日，这样我们就可以去看熊猫了。我们住得很愉快。我们被升级到熊猫套房，工作人员用气球和生日装饰装饰了卧室。我们已经预订了行政酒廊的使用权，但行政酒廊正在翻新，因此工作人员在规定的时间段内不仅提供食物和饮料，作为我们套餐的一部分。他们还提供了一个生日蛋糕。没有什么是太麻烦的……他们真的超越了一切！酒店还有往返熊猫中心的免费班车。酒店本身以熊猫为主题，布置得很有品味。我们很喜欢我们的住宿，并且肯定会推荐给其他人。

这是第二次入住（雖然离景点区较远但来成都接近熊緢的氛围是值得的周边环境绿化很好没压迫感），房间內空间夠大且廁所浴室均独立很棒，只是对早餐有点建议：1.咖啡豆最好中淺烘焙（口感可去参考瑞幸咖啡）。2.水果能有蘋果更好。3.房间便利包咖啡口感太淡（建议用雀巢醇品较适中）。4.堅果能增加核桃南瓜子杏仁更棒。这次同行的親人在6月份会再去入住（台湾团经成都目的西藏）希望能有更棒的体验。

位置偏遠，從機場乘出租車花了一個小時，車費為240元。房間十分整潔，設備也足。員工友善，自動有禮，值得表揚。自助早餐選擇亦算多，餐廳佈置充滿成都味，可以打卡地點多。中餐廳的味道不錯。

I chose the hotel for It's location primarily, being next to the panda base and also a good local park and flower exhibition. The indoor pool is good for swimming laps. Large room with a great view and as always a very good selection for breakfast.

我选择这家酒店主要是因为它的位置，靠近熊猫基地，也是当地一个很好的公园和花卉展览。室内游泳池非常适合游上几圈。房间很大，景色优美，早餐一如既往，是一个很好的选择。

房间很舊，有很大霉味，空调不涼，打电话叫人没有人理会，只送一台風扇就算！歺厅服务员及厨師服务很差，没有禮貌，儀表很差，大部份在看电話，尤其煎鸡蛋的厨师，非常不專業，又没有禮貌！非常差劲！所有设施都很陳舊！😔👎🏻

对住宿期间酒店各位职員的友善和專業服務，從接待，訂車，司机司傅，餐廳职員及房间清潔，非常感谢。很喜欢成都人对游客的友善及幫助。终於看到活潑可爱的和花🌸，下年会再来。祝各位安好，谢谢。 Thank you very much for the friendly and professional service provided by all hotel staff during my stay, from reception, car booking, driver, restaurant staff and room cleaning. I really like how friendly and helpful Chengdu people are to tourists. I finally saw the lively and lovely Panda HeHua🌸. I will come again next year. I wish you all well and thank you 🙏😊.

Very nice interior design; very clean and spacious bathroom; Overall great service of the hotel stuff; Great location for Panda visit. Special thanks to guest relations manager Lora, who had been very patient and accommodative to our concerns and requests before and during our stays, Special thanks to Jerry Wang who served us happy hour dinner buffet. He and his teammate stayed beyond their work hour for our kids' reunion party and even managed to bring us kids' favorite chocolate cake. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again.

非常好的室内设计；浴室非常干净、宽敞； 总体来说酒店的服务很棒；参观熊猫的绝佳位置。 特别感谢宾客关系经理 Lora，她在我们入住之前和住宿期间对我们的疑虑和要求非常耐心和包容， 特别感谢 Jerry Wang 为我们提供欢乐时光自助晚餐。他和他的队友在工作时间之外参加了我们孩子们的聚会，甚至还给我们带来了孩子们最喜欢的巧克力蛋糕。 我们强烈推荐这家酒店并且一定会再次入住。

The stay in the hotel was very nice, I really liked my room (I even got a free update to a luxury suite) and the friendly service at the reception desk by Williams and Tia was great. All in all, the design of the lobby and the rooms is very elegant and there is a gym and a swimming pool. Also, the breakfast buffet is really big and you can even get fresh noodles or make your own smoothie. If I ever stay in Chengdu again, I’ll definitely come back :)

在酒店的住宿体验非常好，我真的很喜欢我的房间（我什至免费升级了豪华套房），前台威廉姆斯和蒂亚提供的友好服务也很棒。总而言之，大堂和房间的设计非常优雅，还有健身房和游泳池。此外，自助早餐非常丰盛，您甚至可以吃到新鲜的面条或自己制作冰沙。如果我再来成都，我一定会回来的:)
