Chengdu willow hotel

This hotel was really great. Very welcoming English speaking man who helped get us settled. The breakfast and the evening snacks were really delicious. A great neighbourhood too within walking distance of some good restaurants and the Sichuan Gymnasium metro station which is very well connected. Would stay here again if I came back to Chengdu.

这家酒店真的很棒。非常热情的会说英语的人帮助我们安顿下来。早餐和晚上的小吃真的很美味。这是一个很棒的社区，步行即可到达一些不错的餐厅和四川省体育馆地铁站，交通便利。如果我回到成都还会再住这里。

Very good hospitality during our first visit in Chengdu. The hotel provide awesome variety breakfast, offers daily 3 dishes, and free laundry and drying services. The hotel also having a in house sauna for you to refresh and recharge yourself. What else can you asks for? Absolutely worth the value.

我们第一次来成都时受到了很好的接待。酒店提供丰盛的早餐，每天提供3道菜，并提供免费洗衣和烘干服务。酒店还设有室内桑拿浴室，供您放松身心、恢复活力。你还能要求什么？绝对物有所值。

Overall stay was ok. Cleanliness could be improved and better separation of smokers and non-smokers needed. We woke up a few times during the night to cigarette smoke smell in the room due to people smoking in the hall ways OR in the rooms with the door open to the hallway. Also the room needs a fridge.

总体住宿体验还可以。清洁度有待提高，并且需要更好地将吸烟者和非吸烟者分开。由于人们在走廊或门通向走廊的房间吸烟，我们在晚上醒来几次，房间里有烟味。房间还需要一台冰箱。

This is an amazing hotel. It starts from the design like a Chinese Temple. The rooms are big and comfi with lots of appliances. Bathrooms are hug with clean design.Breakfast has lots and lots of options. The location is very comfortable next to a metro station. Staff are super friendly and helpful.Highly recommended!!

Location is convenient and located just 10 minutes walking distance from Sichuan Gymnasium metro station and some affluent shopping malls.Service of hotel staff is excellent as well as delicious breakfast and afternoon teabreak snacks. There are some rooms for improvements including only one washing machine is provided and always loaded with other hotels occupant laundry and the aircond is not strong enough for rooms with two beds.

位置便利，步行10分钟即可到达四川体育馆地铁站和一些富裕的购物中心。酒店工作人员的服务非常好，早餐和下午茶点心很美味。有一些房间需要改进，包括只提供一台洗衣机，而且总是装满其他酒店住户的衣物，而且空调对于有两张床的房间来说不够强大。

Very friendly staffs and walking distance to train station. Very quiet area therefore rest well and the hot spring was a bonus after walking the whole day. Hotel provide washing machine and dryer so can wash and bring home clean clothes. Complimentary snacks from 2-10pm and Breakfast/snack taste great, I personally love it. Counter staff upgraded my room to tatami and is super spacious. Very clean room with warmer so won’t feel too cold at night. Received a complimentary panda fridge magnet/luggage tag upon checkout (so sweet). Strongly recommended this hotel and definitely come back if I come Chengdu. 💕

非常友好的工作人员，步行即可到达火车站。非常安静的区域，因此休息得很好，走了一整天后，温泉是一个额外的好处。酒店提供洗衣机和烘干机，可以清洗干净的衣服并将其带回家。下午 2 点至 10 点提供免费小吃，早餐/小吃味道很棒，我个人很喜欢。柜台工作人员将我的房间升级为榻榻米，超级宽敞。房间非常干净，有暖气，晚上不会感觉太冷。结帐时收到免费的熊猫冰箱贴/行李标签（太贴心了）。强烈推荐这家酒店，如果我来成都的话一定会回来的。 💕

CP值不錯的地方！這次住的是樓中樓有兩張大床，房間很大、除了加訂早餐，每天還都送一人3道地方小吃；飯店內另附設大浴場和蒸汽室可通宵使用，比較可惜的是樓上房間的免治馬桶感應壞了、電視遙控器不太容易操作，浴場水溫也稍嫌溫冷了些⋯但，服務人員態度都很好，整體是不錯的地方，之後也會再光臨的！

Had a bad experience. Cigarette smell all over, with unkempt reception and common areas. Room was comfortable but nothing like the photos. If you're on a budget can do, otherwise avoid
