成都费尔顿凯莱大酒店

The staff was great. The moment we arrived, she gave my faughter a sticker.It is a personalized service that is very thoughtful.I love the pools. It has different temperatures, the sauna was fabulous, there was a convenience store right below and there are so many things to do in Felton since there are shops inside.The food was great, and we really loved our stay!

工作人员很棒。我们一到，她就给了我女儿一张贴纸。这是一项非常周到的个性化服务。我喜欢这里的泳池。这里有不同的温度，桑拿很棒，下面有一家便利店，而且费尔顿有很多事情可以做，因为里面有商店。食物很棒，我们真的很喜欢我们的住宿！

不错的房间，早餐也很美味。环境非常好，觀光电梯也很喜歡，城市景观尽收眼底。衣物遗忘了，很快安排邮寄了。只是一点不明白，我询问了才检查发现衣服还挂在衣櫥里。

住過最好的五星酒店沒有之一，各項設施應有盡有，雖然設備不是最新，但是細節跟質感非常好，只住一天都有點捨不得走了，下次回來一定還來住

Stayed here on a group tour holiday, a lovely clean hotel, there is a bar in the lobby, a shop, a gym, games rooms and also a pool. We didn’t use the facilities much. The metro is about 15 mins from the hotel and it takes around 40 mins on the metro to get to Chengdu. The location of this hotel is not good for getting food, it is very local and no one speaks English, as fairly robust travellers, we really struggled to get anything in the area so spent a couple of hours a day travelling in and out of Chengdu.

团体旅游度假时住在这里，这是一家可爱干净的酒店，大堂有酒吧、商店、健身房、游戏室和游泳池。我们没有太多使用这些设施。距离酒店约 15 分钟地铁车程，乘坐地铁约 40 分钟即可到达成都。这家酒店的位置不太适合吃东西，它非常本地化，没有人会说英语，作为相当健壮的旅行者，我们真的很难在该地区找到任何东西，所以每天花几个小时进出成都。

A big hotel, just about 20 Km from Chengdu downtown. It's decorated in modern style that looks great. The room's size​ is just proper, not too big or too small. Clean. The breakfast is good and international.

很大的酒店，距离成都市中心大约20公里。它以现代风格装饰，看起来很棒。房间的大小刚刚好，不算太大也不算太小。干净的。早餐很好而且国际化。

Wow, what a pleasant experience at staying at Felton hotel last week! People at the hotel are all warm and courteous and I want to mention in particular the staff at the front desk who are always ready to assist the customers to solve their problems. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is rich and plenty. I would certainly recommend with no reservation to anyone who happens to be in chengdu the Felton hotel. Keep it up Felton.

The ac doesn't work and the bathroom door doesn't close all the way There's a supermarket which isn't overpriced and a clothing shop in the hotel

空调坏了，浴室的门也关不上 酒店内有一家超市，价格不算太高，还有一家服装店
