Joyhub Cheer Hotel

Nice hotel that is within 5 mins walk from the arrival hall. Had to spend a night here due to late arrival. Room is spacious and clean. Windows should be kept closed as announcements from the airport could be heard from the room. Nice and convenient hotel.

不错的酒店，距离到达大厅步行不到 5 分钟。由于抵达较晚，不得不在这里过夜。房间宽敞干净。窗户应保持关闭，因为房间里可以听到机场的广播。不错又方便的酒店。

I had come after a 11 hour journey . I was tired and needed rest being 60 years old. The room they gave me was facing the sun and it was extremely hot. I told the reception. A lady came and said it will cool in half an hour . An hour went by there was no sign of cooling and the hotel was quite expensive. They sent some mechanics who did find a fault and told me it will take further half an hour. I had already taken out my stuff but they insisted I shift to another room if I wanted it cool faster . Reluctantly agreed. The more I told the lady I am tired and let me check if I had taken everything from the room she rushed me to the hilt and on the process of carrying my stuff like boots and shoes and coat I walked slowly. She dropped my padlocks too . All I had requested her was to slow down and to let me go back to the room to check if I had left anything back but she turned me down a bit rudely. |Also the new room I was taken to was not cleaned properly as I was not carrying any tetrapack juices but saw a straw with a plastic wrapper in the toilet. |I am still meant to come back when my journey finishes for a night. Hope at least the Sad hub will produce some joy!!

I checked in at 11:30pm. It is busy check-in at the counter, but the receptionist is very efficient.The restaurant breakfast was very rich and the waiter service was very good.The housekeeping staff greeted the guests all the time.However, on the corridor on the 2nd floor toward the airport, I met two staffs in black coats. I don't know are they are management or staff. They walked straight ahead without even looking at me. How can a high-end five-star hotel have such employees?

我晚上 11:30 入住。 柜台办理入住很忙，但接待员效率很高。餐厅早餐很丰富，服务员服务很好。客房服务员一直在迎接客人。不过在2楼走廊走向机场，我遇到了两个穿着黑色外套的工作人员。我不知道他们是管理层还是员工。他们径直往前走，看也不看我一眼。一家高端五星级酒店怎么会有这样的员工？

需要在天府機場附近過夜的旅客，這酒店是最好的選擇，位置就在機場航廈裡。房間的面積和佈置給人舒適的感覺，環境安靜，睡牀枕具舒服，提供到第二朝趕早機前甜睡一夜。

地點在航站大廈特別方便，還可以提前12小時完成拖運行李，另外贈送易登卡方便安檢都是相當值得，是第二天一早上飛機的最優選擇。衛生還要加強，在淋浴間椅子上有毛髪

We had a wonderfull night at the hotel. The room was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. We booked this hotel as we had a transfer the day after. We could leave our luggage at the luggage storage room after checking out and took the metro to explore the city. Afterwards we picked up our luggage. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

我们在酒店度过了一个美好的夜晚。房间非常漂亮、干净，有我们需要的一切。我们预订了这家酒店，因为我们第二天要转机。退房后我们可以把行李寄存在行李寄存处，然后乘坐地铁游览这座城市。之后我们就去取行李了。 工作人员非常友好和热情。

每次到成都會入住，今次選擇另一款房間，在9樓，有露台，浴室可看到景！整體非常滿意！正遇上自助晚餐做優惠！半價！食物選擇很多！味道很好！高度推介。

要特別感謝飯店門口禮賓部的孫先生，老人家一個人對地方不熟悉，溝通也好困難，還好遇到了這位小夥子，帶著去把港幣兌換掉。 行李也幫忙處理的很到位，很是方便。 最後還讓前臺的洋小姐幫助了一次把房間陞級！ 很感謝飯店提供的幫助，非常感動，強力推薦。
