We stayed at this hotel because it was part of the tour package. Room size is good but some rooms the shower stall is not fully waterproof and one guest said his flooded. The concierge service is practically non-existent and the hotel location is far from public transportation. Breakfast buffet is good, lox is served on a few mornings during our stay. Tables have white cloth and the buffet was not a mad house as was in some tourist hotels. The hotel location is outside Chengdu's 3rd ring road. We did lose a pajama pant when my wife placed it under a pillow, called the hotel and was told they didn't find anything. In early November, the heating doesn't work apparently due to the local government related energy policy, but other hotels willing to pay and not wait for the subsidized fuel do provide heat.

My wife and I joined a tour and lived in this hotel for 3 days last month. After we checked out, the hotel let us store our luggage for a day free of charge. One week after we left, my wife needed to added money to her phone that was purchased in Chengdu and the phone company asked her to input a pin from a local phone in Chengdu. Since we were already in Beijing and know nobody in that city, my wife called the hotel for help. The front desk rallied the massage to the manager, and the manager, we only know his last name is Wang, immediately helped and my wife got the phone worked right way. We really appreciate their help and the professionalism of the staffs.

上个月我和我的妻子参加了一次旅行并在这家酒店住了三天。 退房后酒店让我们免费寄存一天行李。 我们离开一周后，我妻子需要给她在成都购买的手机充值，电话公司要求她用成都当地的电话输入密码。 由于我们已经到了北京，而且在那个城市没有人认识，所以我的妻子打电话给酒店寻求帮助。 前台把按摩给了经理，经理，我们只知道他姓王，立即帮忙，我妻子的电话也正常了。 我们非常感谢他们的帮助和员工的专业精神。

I stayed at this hotel for a tour to Jiuzhaigou and Emei Mountain and the first time I was here apparently our tour group wasn't registered and it took about 30 mins for it to be sorted out. Also, I didn't know Mandarin, I had trouble. Thankfully there was someone here that knew Cantonese and helped me be the middleman in all this. Also, since I was here first and my father was yet to arrive, I got my room first. When my father got there, he tried to find out where I was, but the hotel receptionists thought I wasn't there (due to the earlier trouble), and he thought.. No way... So he called the person that picked him up at the airport and he said that I was already registered there (I was actually sleeping in the room at the time), so the receptionists tried again and apparently found me. After about 40 mins of trouble, they got us together..||||Room wise, the room was very good but the surrounding wifi is terrible. If you wanted good wifi, you would need to call in to the reception (In Mandarin) and have someone come up and install a small access point that plugs into the wall and the wired connection.. Afterwards the Wifi was literally flawless (I calculated about 45-50 mbps with a speed test). Also, for you couples out there, the bathroom area has no blinds whatsoever around the sink area so be careful about that.||||Beds were top grade||||Do note, that this hotel requires you to put in a 100 RMB deposit.

我住在这家酒店是为了去九寨沟和峨眉山旅游，我第一次来这里显然我们的旅行团没有注册，花了大约 30 分钟才安排好。而且，我不懂普通话，我遇到了麻烦。值得庆幸的是，这里有一个懂粤语的人帮助我成为这一切的中间人。另外，由于我先到，而我父亲还没有到，所以我先得到了自己的房间。当我父亲到达那里时，他试图找出我在哪里，但酒店接待员认为我不在那儿（由于之前的麻烦），他想……不可能……所以他给挑选的人打电话他到了机场，他说我已经在那里登记了（当时我实际上正在房间里睡觉），所以接待员再次尝试，显然找到了我。经过大约 40 分钟的麻烦，他们让我们聚在一起。.||||房间方面，房间非常好，但周围的 wifi 很糟糕。如果你想要良好的无线网络，你需要打电话到接待处（用普通话）并让人安装一个小型接入点，插入墙壁和有线连接。之后无线网络实际上是完美的（我计算过）速度测试约为 45-50 mbps）。另外，对于你们情侣来说，浴室区域的水槽周围没有任何百叶窗，所以要小心。||||床是顶级的||||请注意，这家酒店要求您支付 100 美元人民币存款。

All good, came here for a business trip. Solid place for a short stay.

一切都好，来这里出差。适合短暂停留的好地方。
