This hotel is very well located, being just 400 metres from the bus station and opposite an exercise park besides the river. It is also walking distance from the Yak market and the centre of town Initially we were put in a room that was missing a toilet and bathroom door, so we asked to be moved somewhere more appropriate. The staff were helpful and did this for us promptly. Had free WIFI and TV with free movies. Breakfast was of a reasonable standard and the beds were comfortable. Enjoyed our one night stay there.

拉姆则林卡在康定算是不错的酒店，房间也比较大，设施还算新。酒店在穿城的马路边上，很好找。因为康定城里本身也没什么好逛的，所以酒店位置不那么重要。要注意他们没有大床房的概念，都是叫单人间。所以如果要订大床房，要讲明有两个人的。当时我们订的时候，就有一间是很小的单人床，经过交涉，经理给换了双人标间。酒店后面有个小饭店，饭菜做的还可以。酒店算是在康定住宿的不错选择。

1. Location: on the outskirts of Kangding town, so it might require some walking if getting to the main part of town (about 15 minutes). That said, Kangding is a small county town, linearly aligned along the main road; thus, it is not difficult to manage on foot from hotel to cover main parts of the town.||||2. Staff: competent and efficient enough to meet travellers' needs. Did not get to try out their English; but they speak Putonghua (Mandarin) well. (I am including this point because in some hospitality areas, the staff cannot - or, would not - speak Mandarin and use the Sichuanese dialect, which can be hard to understand for Mandarin speakers).||||I have to add that I dropped my passport in a fellow traveller's room. On the way out of the town, the hotel called to inform me of it, saving me potential trouble. For that, I am eternally grateful to the staff of the hotel.||||3. Rooms: pretty rooms, with Tibetan motif designs. Large glass-walled toilets, with good plumbing. An interesting feature of the rooms is that they all come with sun-roofs! Either a bed or sofa (depending on the size of the room) sits under a glass roof with curtains, that can be rolled back to let in the sun. A delightful feature in a cold mountainous town.||||4. Restaurant: good, affordable Sichuanese cuisine, where non-spicy food can be had as well. Breakfast is simple but nice, too.||||5. Reputation: according to locals in the area, this is the best hotel in the town.

Probably I was traveling from Danba, then to Xinduqiao, then to Kangding, this hotel is already a paradise as compared with the hotels in the previous 2 locations. Everything you need as a hotel is in place, a nice and clean bed, the towels are still white in colour, although the water pressure in the shower is low and that the bathroom design is bad, I will not complain as the rate is low. However, just take note that the dinner is not cheap in their restaurant, and that there are not much to eat in the complementary breakfast buffet.||||When talking of location to travel, I think you should avoid Danba for these 2 years as there are major road works and improvements in infrastructures, it is really very dangerous to drive from Luding to Danba due to the frequent landslide as well as the narrow road, and you are just driving on the edge of an unstable cliff. For Tagong, I think you better wait for another year before visiting as there are a lot of road works on the way from Xinduqiao to Tagong, the whole road is either too muddy or dusty, I remember seeing a foreign couple going on a bike between these 2 locations, the visibility is only 2 meters (due to dust) that I really worry that they got knock down by cars.

可能我是从丹巴出发，然后到新都桥，再到康定，这家酒店与前两个地点的酒店相比已经是天堂了。作为一家酒店，你所需要的一切都已就位，一张漂亮干净的床，毛巾仍然是白色的，虽然淋浴的水压很低，而且浴室设计很糟糕，但我不会抱怨，因为价格很低。不过要注意的是，他们餐厅的晚餐并不便宜，而且附赠的自助早餐也没什么可吃的。||||说到旅行地点，我觉得这两年你应该避开丹巴由于道路正在进行重大工程和基础设施的改善，从泸定开车到丹巴，山体滑坡频繁，道路狭窄，行驶在不稳定的悬崖边缘，确实非常危险。对于塔公，我觉得你最好再等一年再去，因为从新都桥到塔公的路上有很多修路，整条路要么太泥泞，要么尘土飞扬，我记得看到一对外国夫妇骑自行车在中间这两个地方，能见度只有2米（因为灰尘），真担心被车撞倒。

Stayed 2 nights in June and was impressed by the comfort and location of the hotel. It's definitely worthy of a 4-star establishment in terms of the facilities of the room. Spacious room with heating pads on the beds. It was early June and the temperature went below 10 degrees at night. The bathroom was huge and had all the toiletries you could ask for. There was a slight smell from the sewage, but this could be solved with a purse spray fragrance. ||Complimentary Breakfast was the usual Chinese congee style, catering to the main landers. You can give it a miss and have your breakfast at the eateries nearby. Be forewarned that the food in kangding is the usual spicy sichuanese style. There is only one western fast food called discos in town. It serves burgers and fried chickens. There are a number of coffee joints which should have decent western food. Didn't try it myself.||The hotel is located near the bus station. Turn right and walk 200 metres, you can't miss it. Turn left and walk straight down 500 metres along the canal, you will reach the town area. ||The town is dusty and full of noisy traffic. Not worth making a trip there. ||||Took the long distance bus back to cheng du. There was a massive jam and it took me almost 12 hours to reach chengdu. On hindsight, I should have taken a flight back, but it was foggy the day before and I was worry about flight delay.||||Didn't go to Xinduqiao or Tagong due to the weather conditions, would one day go back to visit this area.||

它是那种藏式建筑，大堂装饰还可以，房间的话比较不错，比如洗手间呀都不错的，毕竟是新酒店嘛，而且服务态度不错。它是四星的，差不多能达到那个标准，规模挺大的，因为它附近还有自己的娱乐城呀，烧烤呀，还有小吃，项目挺多的，应该是当地最大的啦。就这个位置有一点偏，它在康定的一个河旁边，也不算市中心，那个康定城很小，到城中心，走路也就十分钟就到啦。

1. Electric-mattress and extra China-made wool blanket. Both came in very handy during our stay.||2. Clean room with ample electric sockets especially when you need to charge quite a few mobile-phone/camera batteries at the same time.||3. Clean functional bathroom with reliable hot-water supply.||4. Value-for-money at RMB250/night.||||Dislikes||1. No lift. ||2. In the middle of night, a lady called to tout on "massage service".||3. By the time we reached the restaurant at 9.05am for breakfast, the service staff was already clearing all the food trays resulting in us rushing through the breakfast within 5 min.||||Overall, we are satisfied with the quality of the room and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, value-for-money stay in Kangding.

打着准四星的牌子，实际连一般的商务酒店都不如。去的时候是晚上十点，等我们收拾完想洗澡睡觉的时候发现没有凉水，全是很滚烫的热水，叫了服务员根本没反应，而且酒店的床很硬，根本无法舒适的睡觉，卫生条件只能说一般。此酒店价格和入住完全不符。
