第一次过来旅游，前台服务人员非常热情，礼宾主动帮忙拿行李，非常热情办理入住很快速，房间非常的舒适，卫生干净整洁，这次出行很开心，下次还会再来

这是一趟家庭旅行，身为IHG钻石会员，从前台入住开始就体验到了宾至如归的极好待遇。非常感谢前台工作人员Nancy.Chen的细心接待，不仅细心的介绍了酒店住宿（房间，早餐，设施）等相关信息，同时在了解我们第二天的稻城景区游玩行程后，非常热情的介绍景区疫情政策，景区游玩路线。让人在办理入住的短短时间内，立刻感受到了家的温暖和安心，同时第二天也会细心问候客房体验是否满意与旅游进展是否顺利。这次入住非常感谢Nancy的接待，以后也会持续选择IHG及推荐给身边的朋友。

The hotel room was clean and well equipped. It was over my expectation to find a hotel like this in a rural town like Yading. The front desk manager was extremely helpful in finding us local attractions.

酒店房间很干净，设施齐全。在亚丁这样的乡村小镇能找到这样的酒店，超出了我的预期。前台经理非常乐于助人，帮我们找到了当地的景点。

All the members there are kind and helpful, esp. Nase in catering department who cared about our late for breakfast, Xiao Yi who greeted me warmly and helped me with a lot of things on the arrival such us internet problem, Grace who helped me to buy and fast mail the local specialty from the hotel without taking any tips. They are really nice and professional!

那里的所有成员都很友善和乐于助人，尤其是。餐饮部的 Nase 很关心我们迟到的早餐，小易热情地迎接我，并在我到达时帮我解决了很多事情，比如我们的网络问题，Grace 帮我从酒店购买并快速邮寄了当地特产，无需担心。采取任何提示。 他们真的很好而且很专业！

Excellent arrival service makes me feel so good, even though hotel facilities are a bit old. Room is quite so I can sleep well.

Very good hotel with great equipment, clean rooms, a very comfortable bed and friendly, helpful service staff who is very engaged to make the stay as convenient as possible. Could do a bit better with western breakfast

反差相当大，无论是严经理还是judy都超过了我的预期。除了入住前姚副前厅经理的一通“我负责所有客诉，我的上级不可能跟你联系”震惊言论以外，其他都很好。
