From the moment we arrived our experience at Club Med was fantastic!The staff literally couldn’t do enough for you, Yulia was in contact prior to our stay asking if there was anything extra they could help with the (traveling with two children this is so helpful) The room was beautiful, spacious and clean with lovely views of the lake! The facilities were amazing, with so much entertainment for the kids, my little girl absolutely lovely all the activities and they staff were so so good with her, she even joined in the cabaret show which will be a moment I’ll treasure forever! The evening live singer was a treat too! The first day of our stay there was a private event meaning some restaurants were closed but Kathy, Vicky and Yulia did their upmost best to provide us to alternative food menu other than hotpot. The buffet the next night had everything, spoilt with choice! I can’t wait for club med to be our new weekend break, look forward to returning! My only piece of feedback would be some service around the pool area, to save having to go to the JoyBar for some day drinks!

the bar here is amazing!!Gerrard is a good hoster. A long with his team (Ming, Vicky and Ritta.) Especially Ritta, her cocktail is very nice. She is very kind and sweet[Smirk][Smirk][Smirk]
