We checked in around mid night and the staffs (an old man) and a young lady were quite nice to welcome us and let us buy instant noodle although it closed. The man showed us to our room and gave us extra water to boil for noodle. Location is good, 10 mins by didi to JiuzhaigouCons: I think the housekeeping should be trained more as I read some reviews they got same experience. There was a staff knocking our door very loudsy in early morning around 6:30am-7am and used master key to open the door. It makes us very shock when we were sleeping at the time.

我们大约在午夜入住，工作人员（一位老人）和一位年轻女士非常热情地欢迎我们，并让我们买了方便面，尽管方便面已经关门了。那位男士带我们去了房间，还给了我们额外的水来煮面。地理位置优越，打滴滴到九寨沟只需10分钟。缺点：我觉得客房服务人员应该加强培训，因为我读过一些评论，他们也有同样的经历。早上6:30-7点左右，一位工作人员大声敲门，并用万能钥匙开了门。当时我们正在睡觉，这让我们非常震惊。

I booked 2 bookings (our group consist of 7 people) - 1 booking was 1 room of family-friendly room and another booking was 2 rooms of superior standard room. One younger lady at the counter gave us 2 key rooms and did not even listen to me when i tried to explained that i made 2 bookings and sent us to the superior standard room without any help that how can 7 people stay in 2 rooms. I had to come back to the lobby to explain again until the manager and other elder lady came to check and see my booking. No shower towel. It was a disposable towel. Make-up room was done only garbage can. No clean-up anything even there was a water leakage from an old air-condition and we put the tissue to clean it.

我预订了 2 个房间（我们一行 7 人）-1 个预订了 1 个家庭房，另一个预订了 2 个高级标准间。柜台的一位年轻女士给了我们 2 个关键房间，当我试图解释我预订了 2 个房间并毫无帮助地将我们送到高级标准间时，她根本不听我的，7 个人怎么能住在 2 个房间里。我不得不回到大堂再次解释，直到经理和另一位年长的女士过来查看我的预订。没有浴巾。那是一条一次性毛巾。化妆间只有垃圾桶。没有任何清理工作，甚至旧空调漏水，我们用纸巾擦了擦。

We didn’t get the free rides as mentioned by some travellers to Jiuzhaigou entrance / bus stop. However the staffs were nice, they gave us free breakfast though very simple and helped to fix the hot water. The bed that I slept on was very hard. And the real room that I stayed didn’t look like the photo at all. It was old. It didn’t look like it had been refurbished. I will definitely avoid this hotel in the future.

我们没有像一些旅客所说的那样享受到九寨沟入口/公交车站的免费接送服务。不过工作人员人很好，他们给了我们免费的早餐，虽然很简单，还帮忙修好了热水。我睡的床很硬。而且我住的房间和照片上完全不一样。房间很旧，看起来不像翻新过。以后我绝对不会再住这家酒店了。
