九寨沟天源豪生度假酒店

I’ve been in this hotel with my family for two nights, and would not recommend it. The front desk check-in process is not organized well, no separate line for group check-in. At 11pm I am trying to get a room for my little kids, there’s local bus driver and tour guy cut in line, and when I trying to tell the front desk, no one is standing up and organize the situation. After getting in my room, I’ve notice the restroom is not smell that good. Also, the AC is not working efficiently, after turn it on at high speed for 1.5hours, the temp only change by 1 degree. The night here is freezing cold. For same price, I would recommend the Hilton nearby, much newer building, and better service.

我和家人在这家酒店住了两晚，不推荐。前台办理入住流程组织得不好，没有单独排队办理团体入住。晚上 11 点，我正想为我的孩子们找个房间，当地的巴士司机和导游插队了，当我试图告诉前台时，没有人站起来整理情况。 进入房间后，我发现卫生间的味道不太好。另外，空调工作效率不高，高速开启1.5小时后，温度仅变化1度。 这里的夜晚非常寒冷。 同样的价格，我会推荐附近的希尔顿酒店，大楼更新得多，服务也更好。

Second time here and they never fail to impress me. Location was just next to the Romance Show in Jiuzhaigou, if you’re travelling free and easy by bus, you can alight directly in front of the hotel and there were many shops and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness was top notch and service was great!Breakfast was as delicious as the first time and their baker was really good. Only thing, be prepared to walk a distance from your room to the main door. Will definitely return when I come back to Jiuzhaigou.

第二次来这里，他们总是给我留下深刻的印象。位置就在九寨沟千古情秀旁边，如果你是自由行坐公交车的话，可以直接在酒店门口下车，附近有很多商店和餐馆。清洁度是一流的，服务也很棒！早餐和第一次一样美味，他们的面包师真的很棒。唯一的事情是，准备好从你的房间步行一段距离到大门。当我回到九寨沟时一定会回来。

Was pleasantly surprised when we saw the bountiful steamboat buffet after a long trip from Chengdu to this hotel. Didn’t take many other photos because was starving but there were a lot of choices and the meat was super fresh! The service was exceptional as well and none of the dishes ran empty as the servers were constantly refilling. Their breakfast buffet were superb as well but was rushing and didn’t take any photos. Only downside was the cold due to it being winter and there wasn’t any heater indoors or maybe it wasn’t warm enough. Overall, will definitely return

Spacious and luxurious room, comes with bathtub and separate shower room. A couch and a fire place inside the room, even have a small balcony. The complimentary afternoon tea was great. However, the breakfast thou with many food varieties does not come with quality. Just ride beside the Qian Gu Qing theatre, with many food options opposite the hotel. In addition, a short 15min ride to the entrance of jiuzhaigou national park. Highly recommended.

房间宽敞豪华，配有浴缸和独立淋浴间。房间里有沙发和壁炉，甚至还有一个小阳台。免费的下午茶很棒。然而，早餐的食物种类繁多，质量不高。就在千古情剧场旁边骑车，酒店对面有很多美食选择。此外，仅需短短15分钟车程即可到达九寨沟国家公园入口。强烈推荐。

這家酒店服務很好， 走到酒店各個角落都有很熱情的歡迎聲。 酒店裝修很有藏族特色，房間面積也算比較寬敞；有個小的休息區。床很舒適，睡的蠻好。晚上還有工作人員送來熱牛奶。很貼心。酒店好幾處拍照都蠻好看。

Extremely spacious room with a fake fireplace, seating area and a little balcony (although no chair or table so can't really sit outside). Bed is really comfortable and the room was quiet apart from noisy neighbors in the hallway. Bathtub and nice shower. The hotel is very dated but grandiose and expansive, making busy Jiuzhaigou seem quiet. It's set back from the street which helps with noise. It's a smoking hotel though which is unpleasant for non-smokers. The pool was closed and nowhere to be found. Breakfast was fine, some non-Chinese options and basic coffee.

非常宽敞的房间，有一个假壁炉、休息区和一个小阳台（虽然没有椅子或桌子，所以不能真正坐在外面）。床真的很舒服，除了走廊里吵闹的邻居之外，房间很安静。浴缸和漂亮的淋浴。酒店虽然很陈旧，但气派、宽敞，让繁忙的九寨沟显得安静。它远离街道，有助于减少噪音。这是一家吸烟酒店，但对于不吸烟的人来说是不愉快的。泳池已关闭，无处可寻。早餐很好，有一些非中式的选择和基本的咖啡。
