九寨鲁能希尔顿花园酒店

I have not been using Hilton hotel for a long time for many reasons. This trip to Hilton Garden Inn reminds me of the impeccable service of the Hilton staff especially Quinn who got me out of a sticky situation that I need to leave for one of the scenic spot in Jiuzhaigou without breakfast. She is so kind to arrange for breakfast boxes for us when she hears of the situation my friends and I had. Thank you Quinn and team for their good service, they definitely made my trip more pleasurable.

酒店位在九寨沟景區外約12公里處的魯能小鎮，小鎮生活機能完善，並有多家酒店，包含數家國際連鎖酒店。|這家位在山區中的酒店，開業未滿三年。因此，房間設施顯得較新。|有間小型的健身房，並提供二台24小時免費使用的自助洗衣機。|房間面積尚可接受，浴室亦然。有一個小陽台，不過，浴室無浴缸。浴室中有些備品，沐浴及洗髮精等為大瓶包裝。|電視頻道選擇性不算多，約近四十個頻道，有少數幾個英語頻道，其他均為大陸地區的頻道。|早餐位在一樓，但是用餐品質欠佳，原因應該是接了太多團客，有點像是在學生宿舍的食堂一般。餐具自取，餐具不夠時，工作人員直接回「沒了」！食物以吃飽為主，說不上美味。食材普通，連煎蛋都沒有，只有水煮蛋及味道不夠的茶葉蛋。|

床品毛巾都乾淨舒適，服務人員很友好，我們有人生日，Jade很熱心幫我們代訂蛋糕，還準備了小驚喜，非常感謝，推薦入住

Very nice big room with great amenities. The breakfast is very decent as well. Given its price, the hotel has exceeded my expectations in many ways.

Can't use words to describe how amazing the place is, it's so well maintained and the staff speak simple English, they also assist to decorate the room as requested as part of our celebrations 23 years anniversary They also throw in a complimentary breakfast as a gift for our silver marriage, The price i would say is reasonable for this area but of course this area is one disadvantage as it is a high mountain don't expect to have public transport, please pre-book your own transport to travel around. This is my 2nd Hilton stay of this trip, and i really love this one, hopefully 3nd Hilton at chengdu would amaze me even more! 😘

Best is they upgraded the room for us. The only disappoin**ent is when during check out time, a front desk young lady gives us a quite bad attitude. My friend's room is not cleaned up properly as the prior guest had left their belongings in the cupboard.

最棒的是他们给我们升级了房间。唯一令人失望的是，在退房时，前台小姐给我们的态度很不好。我朋友的房间没有清理干净，因为前一位客人把他们的物品留在了橱柜里。

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The surrounding is lovely, a lot of greenery. The hotel is very new, rooms are clean and spacious. The Breakfast was good, but the menu was repeated the next morning. There is group dance activity in the evening near to the hotel, organized for tourists during holidays. It was exciting to participate in that. 😊😊😊. Service people are helpful. Xena Niu helped us with a lot of useful information before our vacation. It was nice to get a free upgrade to a room with balcony. The manager speaks a little English, the rest doesn’t.

我在这家酒店住了两晚。周围环境很美，绿化很多。酒店很新，房间干净宽敞。早餐很好，但第二天早上菜单又重复了。酒店附近晚上有集体舞蹈活动，是假期期间为游客组织的。参与其中很令人兴奋。 😊😊😊。服务人员很乐于助人。 Xena Niu 在我们度假前为我们提供了很多有用的信息。很高兴免费升级到带阳台的房间。经理会说一点英语，其他人不会。

這酒店除了環境不錯，但這裡的職員很親切，解答我們在九寨溝的種種疑問，尤其是小雄，小蘭和朱夢娟，他們服務態度非常好。
