Heater is not warm enough to keep the room of 3 beds warm. We complained abt it and the staff said that nothing he can do abt it as the room is big and the heater coverage is not enough. Breakfast needs improvement.

This hotel appears at first glance to be what it says, but there the similarity ends. On the plus side the hotel is very clean, the beds very comfortable and the western toilets worked perfectly.|On a three day visit we came across one staff member (for a brief, but valiant attempt to get the usb input on our tv to work)that spoke any English at all. There was almost no signage in any languge other than Chinese. Just getting the tv to work at all was a huge effort of relentless trial and error.|The hot water ran for about a minute before going cold. The shower water mixer was back to front (by international standards). The shower drain was very slow running and took 30 minutes to drain.|I have a wheat and egg allergy, but it has never been a problem at any other international hotel. Here we were offered congee (which I can eat), boiled eggs, steamed buns and steamed bread (none of which I can eat). No tea, no coffee, no juice, no fruit, no cereal, no toast, no meat of any description.|This hotel might just be acceptable for international guests travelling with a well connected Chinese tour guide, but for independent travellers it is best avoided.

Oct 28||Our group only ate dinner here after a day in Huanglong Park. Our guide Mary says this is the best hotel in Songpan and has western-style restrooms.||The main takeaway is that this hotel's lobby and restaurant are, by an inestimable margin, the coldest I've ever encountered. We didn't remove our coats. Even the servers wear outerwear while working. We hovered over the heaters after dinner.||By the way, the food at dinner is really good with huge portions and very reasonable prices. The servers were very attention although no English spoken.

Breakfast was very good, and the staff were super helpful. We were stuck at Huang Long Scenic Area and couldn’t call a taxi and the staff kindly helped us to call one.

Price was brillant for bed and breakfast. Modern hotel with lovely rooms - we had a very spacious suite with a comfortable bed and all facilities. Staff most helpful, though it helps to have family who can speak Chinese. Breakfast very Chinese but vast range which fortunately included boiled eggs and cakey bread stuff and jam.

We were there as part of the CYTS Tours in June 2018. On the first night, the hot water was available. We returned early from tours and the hot water system, which must have been turned off during the day, took 40-50 minutes of running tap to get. ||||Do not lose those plastic door keys. We misplaced one and cost us 50 RMB. ||||One front desk receptionist (thin person) was very unhelpful. She was playing with her phone and seemed irritated when I asked her for a roll of toilet paper. Instead of giving a toilet roll, she grabbed a few sheets from the tissue box.||||Later, the little heavier receptionist was very helpful.

We choose this hotel as it was conveniently located in Chuanzhusi (川主寺），not far from Huanglong 黄龙 scenic place as well as Mounigou 牟尼沟 and Songpan 松潘.|The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us and we especially appreciated the extra bedroom for the kids. Bathroom was clean with hot water supply all day long. Breakfast is a Chinese style buffet which was find for us.|The staff has been very helpful. They helped us book bus tickets to go to our next destination Dujiangyan 都江堰. |For information, there is at least one staff speaking English. We recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Chuanzhusi.|
