When we couldn't understand the language, they politely responded using a translation app on their smartphones. Also, when we requested a taxi, if we had any trouble, they told us to contact them on Wechat and followed us until we arrived at the hotel. However, I wish you would have called the taxi company instead of hailing a taxi on the street. I thought I would be able to stay more securely if there was a taxi contracted with the hotel or a courtesy car for sightseeing spots.Anyway, thank you for your help during our stay.

酒店環境及設施很好，酒店所有職員都很好，非常之細心及專業，酒店送的曲奇餅非常之好吃，下次再到成都必會入住。
