Very good value for the money. Very spacious and clean rooms with a small kitchen and even a washing machine. Especially worth to mention is the extremely friendly and helpful staff. I had several problems with Air China (lost luggage, cancelled flight) and it's nearly impossible to deal with them on the phone if you don't speak Chinese. The hotel staff (or to be more precise: especially Alex) speaks English and helped me out. She had several phone calls with Air China and took care of my luggage and also rebooked my cancelled flight. Made life so much easier for me, who does not speak Chinese :-) Thanks again Alex!

非常物有所值。房间非常宽敞干净，有一个小厨房，甚至还有一台洗衣机。特别值得一提的是非常友好和乐于助人的工作人员。我在国航遇到了一些问题（行李丢失、航班取消），如果你不会说中文，几乎不可能通过电话处理这些问题。酒店工作人员（或者更准确地说：尤其是亚历克斯）会说英语并帮助我。她与国航打了几次电话，帮我照看行李，还帮我重新预订了取消的航班。让不会说中文的我的生活变得更加轻松:-) 再次感谢亚历克斯！

Stayed here for 10 days and found it to be a great Hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to main shopping centre and restaurants. Loved the breakfasts which were reasonably priced serving both Western and Asian dishes.||Room was clean,comfortable and self contained (washing machine/dryer/microwave).||Hotel reception was amazing- friendly and very helpful! Sherry,the hotel manager should also be commended for her excellent customer service. She organised drivers for us on several occassions - nothing was too much trouble and communication was fantastic. Thank you!||||Tips||* Japanese restaurant inside the hotel served absolutely beautiful food.So popular I suggest ordering ahead (for takeout meal) or if dining in, get to the restaurant early. Lots of other restaurants within walking distance - recommend Delights a short walk from the hotel as well.|| ||*ATM machine inside hotel lobby.||||* Great little shop in foyer opens at aprox 10 am till late - sells everything from washing powder to DVD's, beer, water and snacks. Very handy.||||* Be sure to ask for a water dispenser - refills provided quickly via reception.

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip. I was given a free upgrade to their 3 bedroom apartment as the hotel rooms were not available. The reception area was simple and functional, and the service was efficient. The concierge drove me to the section of the hotel housing the 3-storey apartment blocks. It was a short distance from the main hotel building, and within a 5-min walking distance.||||The 3-bedroom apartment was tastefully decorated and well furnished with a good sized living/dining room and kitchen. There is also a washing machine provided. As I only booked for one room, the other 2 bedrooms were locked. The heater can be controlled individually from each room. A good set of complimentary toilet amenities were provided. Bed mattress was a little too firm. Breakfast was provided and the spread was good with a mix of Chinese and Western dishes.

I stay here for more than a month and during the Spring Festival. The room is fantastic, nice, warm and spacious. I am very attracted to the open concept shower. The service is good and all the necessary amenities is nearby. There is mixture of guest here. Price are reasonable. I definitely recommend this hotel to all long term stay guest in Teda.

建筑风格很特别，它不像一般的酒店是一幢大楼一样，它更像一个小区，别墅型的，有主楼和别墅楼，有一种回家的感觉。它里面的硬件设施也不错，里面的电视是液晶的，还有二十四小时热水提供，这样就比较方便，而且卫浴设施也很好，第一方面是很上档次，再一方面是很干净，不像有的酒店用手一摸有一种粘粘糊糊的感觉。

Green park is one of best hotel in Tianjin. The environment is very beautiful, quiet and comfortable. When I entered the hotel gate first time, the comfortable feeling was coming soon. The service is very good. Waitress's manner is very kind.||But the bed is not very soft. I hope they can improve the mattress soft.

格林公园是天津最好的酒店之一。环境非常优美、安静、舒适。当我第一次踏入酒店大门时，舒适的感觉很快就扑面而来。服务很好。服务员态度很亲切。||但是床不是很软。我希望他们能改善床垫的柔软度。

旁边是高尔夫球场，酒店是别墅的形式，和家里面差不多两室一厅，很大，像洗衣机、冰箱什么的都有，电视机还有单独的淋浴洗澡的地方，设施都比较好，还有客厅餐具也非常好，每天还有免费送水果。房间装得很精致，像客厅的灯具特别的好，对光灯，射灯主道明、次道明的都有。就是房间的地板处理很干净，一尘不染一跟头发都没有。酒店周围蛮方便的，吃饭就有餐厅。

Hotel is at good location. Rooms are good, spacious, bedrooms wooden floored, although beds are a bit firm, can be softer. But the reason i call the stay at this hotel a horrible experience because of the service staff, front desk etc. ||1. The front desk staff are not good at speaking english. Its always a headache for me to explain them something. A terrible incident happened for this miscommunication regarding the payment for the hotel room.||2. I am staying here on a business trip, tried to make payment through my Forex card which was okay, but they tried to swipe for an amount which was slightly more than the current amount in my account. So i tried to make them understand to try for a lesser amount, (remaining amout i will pay later later), but they did not understand.||3. Somehow i was able to make them understand this and able to pay after a lot of hassle. Then nxt week when i tried to pay again, they again said the card is not working .. This time i had the entire amount. They once swiped my card successfully. So how on earth, the swipe is not successful this time ?? Even the card is not not declining (i checked my transaction history). And i am really having a terrible time here for making them understand all these things... ||-- and at complementary breakfast, i have very few choices as most of menu are Chinese.

酒店位置很好。房间很好，宽敞，卧室是木地板，虽然床有点硬，可以软一点。但我之所以称在这家酒店的住宿是一次可怕的经历，是因为服务人员、前台等。||1。前台工作人员英语不太好。向他们解释一些事情总是让我头疼。由于有关酒店房间付款的沟通不畅，发生了一起可怕的事件。||2。我出差住在这里，尝试通过我的外汇卡付款，这没问题，但他们试图刷卡的金额略高于我帐户中的当前金额。所以我试图让他们明白要尝试减少金额（剩余的金额我稍后会支付），但他们不明白。||3。不知何故，我能够让他们理解这一点，并在经历了很多麻烦后能够付款。然后下周，当我再次尝试付款时，他们再次说该卡无法使用。这次我收到了全部金额。他们曾经成功地刷过我的卡。那么这次到底是怎么刷卡不成功呢？？即使卡也没有被拒绝（我检查了我的交易历史记录）。我在这里真的度过了一段糟糕的时光，让他们了解所有这些事情...... ||-- 在补充早餐时，我的选择很少，因为大多数菜单都是中文的。
