Temperature very uncomfortable inside the building. Unable to adjust room temperature with the indoor thermostat. Complained to the reception but couldn’t be sorted. It appears the room thermostat are just there for decoration as individual room temperatures cannot be adjusted. Guests have to make do with the central building temperature setting throughout their stay. Had a miserable 7 days with no option of making my room temperature cooler to sleep well. At the end, the hotel had to provide a standing fan in my room throughout my stay.

建筑物内的温度非常不舒服。无法使用室内恒温器调节室温。向接待处投诉但无法解决。看来房间恒温器只是装饰用的，因为个别房间的温度无法调节。客人在住宿期间必须适应中央建筑的温度设置。度过了悲惨的 7 天，没有办法让我的室温降低到睡个好觉。最后，在我住宿期间，酒店不得不在我的房间里提供一个立式风扇。

Hotel is average but staff is good. I visited in winter and heating system was working. However, mild smell of seepage was in the room. Cleaning was fine and breakfast was fine but limited options for guests staying in the hotel. Overall hotel is average rated.

Great service and attention to detail by staff. Spacious room and executive lounge was well appointed. |The views were not particularly memorable. The food was average. |Nevertheless, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. |Very spacious room. Could do with slightly better decor… This did not subtract from the cleanliness. Thanks for the lovely birthday cake surprise. It will not be forgotten! All in all I would recommend a stay here. |I was there in 2018 however due to a technical issue I see that my review was not posted.

无论是周末聚会还是朋友生日，这家自助餐厅都是我们的不二之选。丰富的选择，出色的口味，总能满足我们的需求。从摆设到餐具，从味道到服务，每一处细节都体现了餐厅对客人的尊重和用心。自助餐在这里真是一种享受。

位置优越，吃饭很方便，卫生干净，每个角落都一尘不染，早餐菜品丰富，各种美食，应有尽有。服务态度好，宾至如归，有回家的感觉，非常喜欢这家万丽，卓越的服务，让人流连忘返，心旷神怡，尤其是前厅部工作人员素质高，服务好，想客人所想，急客人所急，用心服务，尽职尽责。

朋友过来旅游让我介绍一个当地的酒店，我作为一个万豪的老会员，不加思索的给他介绍了天津万丽酒店，这是一家当地老品牌的酒店，地理位置方便，每天的早餐丰富，周末的晚餐性价比也很高。菜品质量好，前台和餐厅的服务也很贴心

酒店服务热情，早餐挺丰富的。晚餐自助餐有驻唱，房间挺满意的，还有浴缸，如果下次还来天津肯定首选这家万丽泰达酒店

希望酒店客房打扫负责一点，客房打扫太敷衍了，就换个垃圾叠个被子补个用具前后不到五分钟搞定，桌子都是灰，沙发也很脏，整个清洁水平都很低，请你们的客房打扫人员严格按照流程标准作业
