Staff where extremely annoying with guests visiting and generated so much chaos and stress, until a solution was finally found almost an hour later. The hotel itself is nice however they need to ventilate the corridors from all the cigarette smoke and smell, the smell was everywhere and in my.

Although the location was pretty bad, it was a beautiful room comfy and nice to stay. Service was OK but it did the job for us.
