酒店軟件配套和服務整體跟不上。辦理入住的前台女生不太專業，浪費很多時間。後下午致電前台清理房間衛生，直到半夜回酒店房間依然未清潔。再致電前台，當晚前台值班女生態度極其不耐煩和態度較差。望提高整體酒店服務人員素質及工作水平能力。體驗感極差！
