合肥万达文华酒店

来合肥住的是嘉华，这次体验一下文华。首先非常大，整个大堂是我见过比较豪华的，在上海才见过如此豪华，万达文华确实很不错，大厅暖风给的足。很温暖。早餐好，品种比较多，能吃饱，性价比相对不错。值得一来。前台服务不错，介绍的比较多，比较全面。何女士送到了电梯口，她很热情哦，小爱心！房间安排在3楼，免费升级，这点很感谢。房间很大，有阳台，干湿分离，装修和大堂风格一样，古色古香，别有风味。阳台外面可以看见商场，地理位置不错，交通算方便。晚上在外面转了转，环境很不错，有湖，灯光的照射非常美。很值得。赞一个。下次带朋友来[呲牙][呲牙]

带着孩子，妈妈一起过来旅游的，因为各方面原因选择入住该酒店，其给人第一印象就是安静奢华！徽派建筑尤为养眼，还有花园景色都非常令人舒心。再来看看酒店内部，首先我去入住，为第一次过来，不太知道总台的位置，便有个帅气小哥哥迎面而来将我带去总台，态度非常温和，很感谢小哥哥的热情服务！总台小姑凉很快给我办理了入住，服务意识果然一流，想想大酒店的服务态度意识质量真是没话说，我很高兴拿着房卡在迎宾的指引下进入了我的房间！房间给人感觉也很舒适，一次很不错的入住体验，有机会再来的话还会选择该酒店的！

A friend and I stayed at the Wanda Vista for one night in October 2017. The first thing we noticed was how far away from the city, the hotel was located. It is a solid 30-40 minutes from the city centre by taxi and none of the taxi drivers we asked knew how to find it. ||||The hotel itself is gorgeous, beautiful lobby with chandeliers and a distinctly "Chinese vibe". The rooms are also a good size with a balcony, however, they are definitely meant for couples and not friends. There is a clear wall and door around the toilet and shower so that anyone can see into them from the room. When we got to the room it also smelt so strongly of men's cologne and smoke, we had to open the balcony door in the rain to let some "fresh air" into the room. The pool was also closed for maintenance. ||||The staff tried to be as helpful as possible, but their inexperience became obvious very quickly. The staff at the front desk wanted to call the police station to confirm our arrival date in the country (I'm not sure why that would ever be necessary) and despite the fact that we were told check in was at 12pm, when we arrived at 1pm, we were told our room was not ready yet. We decided to order room service for dinner, and not only did the food arrive 1.5 hours after we ordered (we were told it would be 30mins), it was cold and one of the meals was wrong (we ordered the chicken and were given the fish). The employees also forgot to leave us with cutlery. Much of this can be chalked up to miscommunications and lack of English, but even using some Chinese, there were still many mistakes.||||All in all, it is a beautiful hotel in the middle of nowhere, don't try to order food or use the media hub and be prepared for hard beds and strong smells.

2017年10月，我和一个朋友在万达文华酒店住了一晚。我们首先注意到的是这家酒店距离城市有多远。从市中心乘坐出租车需要 30 到 40 分钟，而我们询问的出租车司机都不知道如何找到它。 ||||酒店本身很华丽，大堂很漂亮，有枝形吊灯，有明显的“中国氛围”。房间面积也很大，带有阳台，但是，它们绝对适合情侣而不是朋友。厕所和淋浴间周围有透明的墙壁和门，以便任何人都可以从房间看到它们。当我们到达房间时，里面还弥漫着男士古龙水和烟味，我们不得不在雨中打开阳台门，让一些“新鲜空气”进入房间。游泳池也因维护而关闭。 ||||工作人员试图尽可能提供帮助，但他们的经验不足很快就变得明显。前台工作人员想打电话给警察局以确认我们抵达该国的日期（我不确定为什么需要这样做），尽管我们到达时被告知入住时间为中午 12 点下午 1 点，我们被告知我们的房间还没有准备好。我们决定叫客房服务吃晚餐，不仅食物在我们点餐后 1.5 小时才送达（我们被告知需要 30 分钟），而且食物很冷，而且其中一餐是错误的（我们点了鸡肉，却得到了鱼）。员工还忘记给我们留下餐具。这很大程度上可以归因于沟通不畅和缺乏英语，但即使使用了一些中文，仍然有很多错误。||||总而言之，这是一家位于偏僻地方的美丽酒店，不要试图去尝试。点餐或使用媒体中心，并为硬床和强烈气味做好准备。

First time to visit Hefei and stay there. On arrival, WOW by the lobby with high ceiling, Anhui architectural design and object du art. Rooms are very spacious, around 50 square meters and a big balcony, where you can sit outside, enjoy the famous Anhui tea with a great view of the man-made lake. Breakfast is also very good with many choices. They also have a good gym and a 25-meter long indoor pool. Don’t forget to bring your gears. If you ever visit the city, this is your only choice and a good weekend hideaway if you live in East China region.

第一次来合肥住。抵达后，大堂高高的天花板、徽派建筑设计和艺术品让人惊叹不已。房间非常宽敞，大约有50平方米，还有一个大阳台，您可以坐在外面，一边品尝著名的徽茶，一边欣赏人工湖的美景。早餐也非常好有很多选择。他们还有一个不错的健身房和一个25米长的室内游泳池。别忘了带上你的装备。如果您来这座城市旅游，这里是您唯一的选择，如果您居住在华东地区，这里也是您周末度假的好去处。

经常会过来，首先非常喜欢这样的徽派风格，大堂是我见过酒店比较好的，而且确实很气派，服务方面还不错，会有一些小惊喜，最近有一个奉茶服务，前台推荐了4款，我对祁门红茶还是情有独钟。天使很热情。这个很不错，是的称赞一下。继续努力。房间的景色个人还是喜欢巢湖这边的，视野很开阔，度假好地方，尤其是和家人一起来，安静最重要。

This hotel exceeds expectations in terms of beauty--it's even more spectacular than the photos that you see online. For the price, it's almost ludicrously luxurious--large rooms, prompt and friendly service from all staff members, a lobby that looks like a palace. The bathtub in the room is incredible, too. 5-stars for looks, definitely. There is also a gorgeous pool, however we were told once we were swimming that swim caps are required (and were shown one that we could buy for 108 RMB (about $16 USD) a piece-- we (graciously) declined and got out of the pool :)||||The location is a bit strange, since it's outside of Hefei proper (about 45 minutes on the subway, plus a 15-minute walk, in our case), so you feel like you're in a sort of isolated resort town all its own. This isn't good or bad, just might be of interest to travelers who are thinking of booking here--think of it as more of a destination resort outside the hustle and bustle of Hefei rather than a hotel within the busy city itself. It was actually a nice break, for us, from the noise/crowds of the bigger Chinese cities that we'd already visited (including Hefei). There is a theme park in the same [Wanda] complex that we didn't check out, but seemed pretty popular. There is a "bar street" with some restaurant offerings, and plenty of beautiful grounds and lakes to stroll around, but the whole area feels a bit like a tourist resort destination that's been built to cater to tourists... and yet the tourists haven't caught on yet. This can feel neat, to have a whole resort essentially to yourself, but also a bit bizarre, especially compared to the other well-established tourist cities within China. The whole complex aims to be a "cultural center," but at the time of our stay, it seemed like only about 30% of the storefronts (restaurants and shops) were opened and running. In a year, this could be a bustling tourist resort--who knows!||||We ordered one of the set breakfasts from the room service menu, and had a bit of confusion when the meal was delivered, and it didn't match the items listed in the menu (it was less food, for the same price). We were told that this was because the chef had a different menu, and the food was taken back to be corrected. When the breakfast came back a second time, it was (nearly) a perfect match with the listed items in our room menu (the slight variation was just fine, and the food was tasty). We appreciated the prompt service and correction when the order was delivered wrong the first time.||||The staff at Wanda Vista were very friendly and professional. We were always greeted with smiles. If you want a luxurious and fancy stay (for a fraction of what such a hotel would cost elsewhere!), I recommend giving this hotel a try.

因为有点事又来住了文华，过年气氛非常浓，香氛也更好闻了，住过的酒店还是觉得文华的好闻。整体感觉更漂亮了，尤其一进门的装饰，感觉正在过年！赞！酒店花心思了。不错。服务还是很不错，前台给免费升级房间，送了水果。这个值得夸奖。因为要过年了吧，大家都笑的更开心了，年终奖拿了很多吧。哈哈。房间很干净，面积大，宽敞，阳台还是我最钟爱的。景色很好。地理位置好，购物方便。交通也便利。计划和家人再来体验徽州文化。早餐种类多，味道不错，服务也很及时。健身中心这次第一次去体验，设施不错，都是牌子的，泳池大小事宜。还是很推荐。下次还来哦。再赞一个。

Very impressed by the settings: traditional southern style buildings, Chinese furniture, quality local tea in the room, and warm service.||The room is pretty spacious; especially when taking the room rate into account. This is not an expensive city, anyway.||They have beautiful gardens which enthroned all the buildings. I like the Chinese restaurant better than the western one. You know they have quite some special dishes for Anhui cuisine.
