巢湖碧桂园凤凰酒店

We had a great time staying here. The whole place is beautiful. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Desserts were complimentary, and the breakfast was delicious. The balcony overlooking the lake was breathtaking, and the room was spacious and clean. We’ll definitely come back.

我们在这里住得很开心。整个地方都很漂亮。酒店的工作人员非常友善和乐于助人。甜点是免费的，早餐很美味。俯瞰湖泊的阳台令人叹为观止，房间宽敞干净。我们一定会回来的。

The attention of the team was excellent but the entertainment services were not what was advertised about the hotel.

This hotel has many good points but also many things they can improve. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel inside is beautiful. The rooms are big and clean, and in general the rooms are quiet and well insulated. Unfortunately we were there at a quiet time so the western restaurant was not open, but they did have a small western menu available and went to a lot of trouble to accommodate us. The extra blanket had some nasty stains on it and had to be changed (housekeeping should pay more attention to this). The tennis courts etc. are poorly maintained. But overall it was a pleasant stay and I would stay there again.

这家酒店有很多优点，但也有很多可以改进的地方。工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。酒店里面很漂亮。房间又大又干净，总体来说房间很安静，隔音也很好。不幸的是我们去的时候很安静，所以西餐厅没有营业，但是他们确实有一个小的西式菜单，并且费了很大的劲来招待我们。额外的毯子上有一些令人讨厌的污渍，必须更换（客房清洁人员应该更加注意这一点）。网球场等维护得很差。但总的来说，这是一次愉快的住宿，我会再次住在那里。

Room was good, not sure why they have a jacuzzi bath when they remove the jacuzzi function. Pool was nice but they didn’t have any male lockers left when I went. Food was good but not really western considering it is the western restaurant.

房间很好，不知道为什么他们取消了按摩浴缸功能后还有按摩浴缸。游泳池很好，但我去的时候他们没有男性储物柜了。食物很好，但考虑到它是西餐厅，不是真正的西式餐厅。

暑期带小孩外出，刚好经过巢湖，就预定了这家，有种世外桃源的感觉，能感觉到员工的热情，可以看出来酒店有一定的年份，但前台考虑到我们一家三口带个小孩，还提前打电话询问到店时间，提前安排好房间还送了水果，开了空调，太贴心了，刚好我们到的时候酒店有婚礼，大堂人很多，不过前台姑娘还是走出来看到我们一家子主动上前询问，还帮忙引导入住拉行李，给小朋友送了小礼品，宝宝很开心

房間窗外風景，天天有新人結婚。我們全家到這裡度假好幾次了，這裡風景優美，設施齊全，做為定點旅行是個很適合的地方。

中秋節選擇了到巢湖的假期行程，酒店雖然不是很新但處處細節可以看出非常用心維護經營，尤其服務非常親切給我們全家很棒的一個假期，值得推薦。

巢湖的碧桂园和广州的一样好，装修很讲究。而且还含双份早餐，我们是去巢湖泡温泉的，酒店门口有车直接到香泉度假村。房间很明亮，要是价格再便宜点就好了。呵呵。
