南苑宾馆

设施陈旧，很多东西没法用，比如说电视看不了，体重计称不了。当地的水里含碱。房间也不够宽敞，卫生间是上个世纪末的设计样式。餐厅更是很小，最多容纳四五十人用餐就会显得拥挤。

做的还好吧，政府接待性的宾馆，总体条件还是不错的，价格不高，服务也比较的周到，硬件设施也都可以，卫生情况还可以，提供的都是一次性的物品，位置属于市中心，旁边有公交公司、嘉年华、咖啡厅什么的，距离都在一百米以内。

Provenienti da Hangzhou, La nostra guida ci spiega che questo hotel è stato ristrutturato completamente da poco ed è la prima volta che veniva utilizzato dopo la ristrutturazione ; Semplicemente fantastico .ricevimento e ristorante nella palazzina centrale , le camere in palazzine a 2 piani sparse in un grandissimo giardino con ognuna un ricevimento e collegate con l'unità centrale con particolari auto elettriche da fantascenza. Camere e bagni favolosi al di sopra di ogni aspettativa,Colazione e cena da ricordare per molto tempo

我们的导游来自杭州，他告诉我们这家酒店最近进行了全面翻新，这是翻新后首次投入使用。酒店简直太棒了！接待处和餐厅位于主楼，客房则分布在环绕着巨大花园的两层楼房中，每栋楼房都有自己的接待区，并通过独特的、充满科幻感的电动车与主楼相连。房间和浴室都非常出色，远超预期。早餐和晚餐也令人难忘。

Hôtel qui se veut être gros et important, mais TRÈS bruyant au bord d'une rue très fréquentée jour et nuit.||Pas vraiment aimable, pas vraiment propre, mal entretenu, entrée, lobby couloirs et chambre passablement de l'époque "stalinienne", pourtant dans un pseudo-parc avec quelques orchidées; domage mais il faudrait un nouveau, jeune et dynamique manager pour mieux gérer cet hôtel et faire un grand coup de balais des "mauvaises habitudes" qui nous paraissent malheureusement "ancestrales". Bon courage à cet homme ou femme à trouver!

这家酒店试图营造一种规模宏大、举足轻重的形象，但却非常吵闹，因为它位于一条繁忙的街道上，日夜不停。服务态度冷漠，卫生状况堪忧，维护也很差；尽管酒店坐落在一个点缀着几株兰花的“伪公园”里，但入口、大堂、走廊和房间都给人一种斯大林时代遗留下来的陈旧感。真是可惜，他们急需一位年轻有活力的新经理来更好地管理这家酒店，并彻底清除那些根深蒂固的“坏习惯”。祝愿找到这位新经理的人好运！

I stayed there last year. recently aware that it is one of the 50 most beautiful hotels in China. It deserves the title. ||Great location. Short distance to all the great gardens. Walking distance to restaurants. ||Very friendly staff. Always smile and say hi. Good service. ||Offers the best breakfast among the three hotels I stayed last year. A large number of choice both Chinese and western.

我去年住过这家酒店。最近才知道它是中国50家最美酒店之一，名副其实。||地理位置优越，步行即可到达各大花园，餐厅也近在咫尺。||员工非常友善，总是面带微笑，热情地打招呼。服务周到。||在我去年住过的三家酒店中，这家酒店的早餐最好，种类丰富，中西式都有。

I didn't stay but I booked the dinner buffet for treating my classmates. When I came at 6:00pm, most of the plates were empty. All the food was gone. I waited a long time and didnot see any new food coming out. I complained to some of the staff but no use. Shame. Most of my classmates didn't have any food and I paid no penny less.

我没在那里住，但我预订了自助晚餐，想请同学们吃饭。晚上六点我到的时候，大部分盘子都空了，所有的食物都吃光了。我等了很久，也没看到有新的菜端上来。我跟几个工作人员抱怨过，但都没用。真丢人。我的同学们大部分都没吃到东西，而我付的钱却一分钱都没少。
