Dated facility with carpeted rooms and hardened mattresses. Internet barely worked. TV is small. Windows badly need to be cleaned from the outside. Air conditioning is slow and barely cools the room down. Elevator buttons malfunctioned, when choosing up or down make sure it stays activated. Bathtub is big, and there is a Luckin Coffee shop and convenience store in the same building.

I also asked if I would like help transporting the luggage to the room.The sister of the guest room and the sister of the western restaurant are very kind. Every employee they meet smiles and greets them. The questions they ask are quickly answered. 这是疫情后我第一次带孩子旅行，也是第一次途经滁州。选择拉玛达酒店是正确的，出发前我还有些担心。不过，前台接待员徐女士提前一天联系我，为我的孩子准备了小拖鞋和儿童帐篷。告知我中午十二点多到达，她也承诺会尽力安排。到达当天，车停好后，服务人员帮忙推车到门口并帮忙搬运行李。门口一位穿着漂亮衣服的小姐姐亲切地询问，并引导我到前台办理入住。感觉非常贴心。房间已经打扫干净，所有需要的物品都已备齐。我还询问是否需要帮忙把行李搬到房间。客房部的姐姐和西餐厅的姐姐都非常热情友好。遇到的每一位员工都面带微笑地打招呼，提出的问题也都很快得到了解答。自助早餐，孩子们自己挑选餐食非常开心，服务人员热情引导，中途回酒店时，我抱着睡着的孩子，门卫主动帮忙拿东西，然后乘电梯回房间。琅琊山景色也非常好，就在对面，每天带孩子们散步到窗边看山景，非常开心，说下次一定还会来。非常感谢你们的入住，服务很棒！

A lovely stay. The room was clean and cozy, but the breakfast service was slow and disorganized
