就是房间的卫生间略小，感觉压抑，房间不隔音，个人觉得性价比不高，牙刷不好用，后两天住万达锦江都城比你家的要好，床垫、枕头、牙刷用具等！而且价格比你家便宜，你家265，他家178，其他都还好，总体还是不错的！！！

If you want to be right at Phoenix (FengHuang) Food Street then this is the place. Also there are a Walmart, Golden Eagle and the western food chains and Starbucks close by. ||Rooms are smaller than other JinJiang Inns I have stayed at but highly functional and very clean. The bed worked for me. The bathroom in my business room was a prefab unit that was well designed even a good for China shower setup. That is except for the ridiculous toilet roll holders - the roll fell on the floor every time - FOFLMAO. . ||Counter service was excellent with a reasonable level of English. Friendly and helpful too - not distractingly playing with their mobiles either.||Breakfast was a 9rmb addition and reasonable especially for Chinese. For westerners there was toast and eggs but NO coffee.||Go for the location and the room and service will support your decision.

如果您想住在凤凰美食街，这里就是您的理想之选。附近还有沃尔玛、金鹰酒店、多家西式连锁餐厅和星巴克。||房间比我住过的其他锦江客栈要小一些，但功能齐全，非常干净。床很舒服。我商务房的浴室是预制单元，设计精良，淋浴设施在中国也算不错。除了那可笑的卷纸架——每次用完卷纸都会掉到地上——笑死我了。||前台服务很棒，员工英语水平也不错。他们既友好又乐于助人，而且不会玩手机打扰客人。||早餐加9元人民币，价格合理，尤其对中国人来说。西式早餐有吐司和鸡蛋，但没有咖啡。||地理位置优越，房间和服务都无可挑剔，绝对值得入住。

I've stayed here several times since my 2017 review. Why? Location, service, convenience and room comfort. The staff know me and go out of their way to help such as when my room card wouldn't open the door for some unknown reason.||What's changed? The breakfast is now 15rmb. Not many western choice but they do have toast and egg dishes, fruit and fried rice along with the usual Chonese dishes. They even have a form of coffee!||Golden Eagle across the road (via underground crossing) is still there and contains Pizza Hut and Starbucks. Walmart is gone but a brand new, 6-storey shopping centre is across the road from it that has many Chinese eating options as well as semi-Western Neolithic BBQ and Caserd Pizza and steak. If you stay on the hotel side of the road and walk to the other end of Food Street and past the entrance to Zheshan park, you will come to another shopping centre that contains a Hungry Jacks as well as a downstairs Chinese style Food Court. ||The only real problem is if you get noisy room neighbours..

自2017年写完评论以来，我多次入住这家酒店。为什么？因为地理位置优越、服务周到、交通便利、房间舒适。酒店员工都认识我，而且总是尽力帮助我，比如有一次我的房卡不知何故打不开门。||有什么变化吗？早餐现在只要15元人民币。西式选择不多，但有吐司、鸡蛋、水果和炒饭，以及常见的中式菜肴。他们甚至还有咖啡！||马路对面（通过地下通道）的金鹰酒店还在，里面有必胜客和星巴克。沃尔玛已经不在了，但马路对面新建了一座六层高的购物中心，里面有很多中式餐厅，还有半西式的Neolithic BBQ和Caserd Pizza牛排餐厅。如果您住在酒店这边，沿着美食街走到另一头，经过浙江公园入口，您会来到另一个购物中心，里面有汉堡王和楼下的中式美食广场。唯一的真正问题是，如果你的隔壁房间很吵闹的话……
