以四星級酒店來說，無論是地點或是服務都很優秀。入住時希望前台確認房間可以看到兩江夜景，前台升等房型雖然沒有浴缸，但有陽台和升降曬衣架，讓在黃山待了三天的我們可以剛好好好整理衣物。這間酒店絕對是搭機離開黃山的最佳最後一站。

這個酒店是當地一個旅行社的朋友介紹的，酒店是個老酒店，設施顯得很陳舊，花灑的熱水需要放很長時間才能達到較溫的溫度，房間里有一股老舊商務酒店特有的抽菸味，令人感到不太舒服。服務也是被動式的。價格與酒店的實際標準嚴重背離，根本就達不到四星級酒店標準。優點就是位置好，交通方便，離老街很近，還有就是早餐的標準很高

We spent two nights at the Huanshan Hotel. One before we went up to the Yellow (Huangshan) Mountains and one after we came back down. The room was some what drab and a bit worn, when we got off the elevator on our floor there was a couple of old sheets on the hall floor do to recent leak in the roof. The hall was dark and a bit musty not your typical 4 star establishment except for the fancy lobby. The rooms were clean and the beds were standard rock hard Chinese mattresses, price is low and location is very good. Had a view over the river and the location right across from the entrance to Tunxi Ancient town entrance was very handy. The heat didn't come on till around 7 at night....common practice in this provence which made for rather uncomfortable reading or relaxing outside of the warmth of bed. ||The staff mostly didn't speak English but were very friendly and there was usually one person at the desk who figured out what we wanted. The business center was very helpful and the computer time was quite cheap. The business center as well as the Lobby and restaurant were always really COLD.||The restaurant was very inexpensive for dinner no one spoke English and it was pretty much just order by pointing and hope for the best. The food was hot, cheap and not to bad. Breakfast was pretty much Chinese fare with some ability to almost toast bread and they did have someone fixing omelets if you ate after 8 am. ||I guess the location was it's best feature.|

我们在环山宾馆住了两晚。 上黄山前一张，下山后一张。 房间有些单调，有点破旧，当我们从我们所在楼层的电梯下来时，大厅地板上有几张旧床单，是屋顶最近漏水造成的。大厅很暗，有点霉味，不是典型的四星级酒店，除了豪华的大堂。 房间很干净，床是标准的中国硬床垫，价格低，位置很好。 可以看到河景，位置就在屯溪古镇入口对面，非常方便。 直到晚上七点左右才开始供暖……在这个普罗旺斯，这很常见，这使得在温暖的床上阅读或放松变得相当不舒服。 ||工作人员大多不会说英语，但非常友好，前台通常会有一个人知道我们想要什么。 商务中心非常有帮助，电脑使用时间也很便宜。 商务中心以及大堂和餐厅总是很冷。||餐厅的晚餐非常便宜，没有人会说英语，几乎只是通过指点和希望得到最好的结果。 食物很热，很便宜，而且还不错。 早餐基本上是中餐，几乎可以烤面包，如果你早上 8 点以后吃的话，他们确实有人做煎蛋卷。 ||我想这个位置是它最好的特点。|

We stayed at the Hua Shan Hotel before and after a trip to Huang Shan (Yellow Mountain) as it was the hotel suggested by our tour guide. It was OK for the purpose. The lobby was large and attractive. The rooms were nice, but the carpet was stained and the sink was cracked. In our first room, we had a strong smoke smell (in a non-smoking room) and had problems with the water pressure and temperature. The second stay was better, but the water pressure and temperature again was a bit of a problem. A few of the staff spoke some English. We had a simple meal in the restaurant which was OK. Breakfast, while advertised as Oriental and Western, offered few western choices. They did have an egg station, but the chef made only eggs over very-easy, regardless of requested style. They also had bread/toast with jam. The location across the street from the Tunxi Ancient Street and the river was nice. Also, the hotel stored our luggage for free during our visit to Huang Shan. They offered storage of valuables behind the counter and storage of normal luggage in a secure room. Storage is essential as the mountain involves many steps and a long walk to the hotel, even after the cable car ride to the top. It is best to take only a backpack or light tote bag with the essentials for your stay on the mountain.

我们去黄山旅行前后都住在华山宾馆，因为这是我们导游推荐的酒店。 就这个目的来说还可以。 大堂宽敞且有吸引力。 房间很好，但地毯脏了，水槽也裂了。 在我们的第一个房间里，我们有很浓的烟味（在非吸烟房间），并且水压和温度都有问题。 第二次入住情况好多了，但是水压和水温又有点问题。 一些工作人员会说一些英语。 我们在餐厅吃了一顿简单的饭，还可以。 早餐虽然宣传为东方和西方，但提供的西式选择很少。 他们确实有一个鸡蛋站，但厨师只做鸡蛋，非常简单，不管要求的风格如何。 他们还吃了面包/吐司和果酱。 屯溪古街和河对面的位置很好。 另外，我们去黄山游玩期间，酒店还免费寄存行李。 他们在柜台后面提供贵重物品的存储服务，并在安全的房间内提供普通行李的存储服务。 存储空间至关重要，因为山上有很多台阶，而且即使乘坐缆车到达山顶，也要步行很长一段路才能到达酒店。 最好只携带一个背包或轻便的手提包，里面装有山上住宿的必需品。

外表豪华，內里殘旧，服务和卫生很差的酒店，下次一定不住。房间全是塵埃，㩗程订房说明是有水果送的，结果追了一天，送来的是酸奶。摇控器不知何人弄烂了，去前台说明又沒人理！房间网络半夜不知什麼时候坏了，使我们不知不覚用了大量流量！还有前台服务员脾气很燥，不愿理採客人，回复询问就是说“今天很忙”！说真的，我经常旅游，这是我近年住得最差最不满意的酒店。

酒店的位置很好，就在新安江的江边，过街对面就是屯溪老街的入口了。酒店装潢比较大气，很多地方都用了大理石，一来采光很好，二来看起也比较上档次。房间很宽敞，而且打扫很干净，家具和生活设施都配置的比较齐全，大到电视、冰箱、吹风、保险柜，小到梳子、刮胡刀、棉签、面巾等都是应有尽有，其中棉质拖鞋的质量很好，比起很多非一次性的质量都要高很多。客房里面免费提供了瓶装水，还有各种新炒出的当季新茶。卫生间里面除了马桶和淋浴房之外，还有专门的清洗屁股的小缸，虽然没有用到，但是能感觉到经营者的用心，其余的类似于毛巾、浴袍的东西质量都很好，而且手感舒适。最赞的就是酒店的餐厅，一家很不错的徽菜馆子，性价比很高，味道也地道。

We stayed in severa l good hotels in China booked for us by our travel agent here in Australia.||Like most of the other reviews we used this hotel for a one night stop in order to travel to Yellow Mountain.||This hotel was the worst we have ever stayed in! The room was dark and NOT clean, the sheets on the very hard bed were torn and looked like they required another good wash in hot water.You could practically see through the thread bare towels which also did not look clean. The air conditioning in the room was not working, there were hairs on the bathroom floor, altogether an unpleasant night.||The unfriendly staff were not concerned about the comfort of the guests.||Breakfast was completely Chinese and did not look appetising, all I wanted was a piece of fruit!||There is a computer and free internet in each room.||There are several other hotels in the town that look much better, including the Youth Hostel which we inspected.
