Great staff, very friendly and helpful. We could try different teas, got helpful tips and were even brought to the Huangshan entrance. Location ist great. Close to Huangshan and with a nice backyard.Room has everything that is needed and is comfortable.

员工非常棒，热情友好，乐于助人。我们可以品尝各种不同的茶，他们还给了我们很多有用的建议，甚至带我们去了黄山入口。地理位置优越，靠近黄山，还有一个漂亮的后院。房间设施齐全，舒适宜人。

First time to visit Huangshan! And we can’t speak Chinese, thankfully we found this hotel😇 of all the hotel i called its the only hotel that someone is speaking english, other hotels nearby just hang out at me😭😭 and said no foreigners… We are still on the way to Huangshan but the owner is so very kind to ask where are we and if we need help we can contact them at any time, actually the day prior to our trip😊😇 We finally meet them and welcomed us! We are so lucky to meet the Xiao Family👨‍👩‍👧 and of course there daughter Daisy🌼 They are very generous, offering help in everything 💞 even waking up very early just to bring us in the hospital for pcr test… driving us and fetching us after the hiking… very friendly family and there staffs😊😊 we felt like we are just a friend of the family owner… it’s more than a guests😭🥰 we had tea after dinner made by Mrs Xiao Xie 🍵 in her tea room…the breakfast and dinner we had is very good, we loved it, we finished all the food after the hike😋😋 We also swim at there swimming pool even if its cold, we enjoyed drinking beer and chitchatting with Daisy.. stargazing and enjoying with music… I highly recommend this hotel specially if you don’t speak Chinese and new to the place and reasonable price… also near grocery stores, restaurants and hospital to do pcr,…. It would be a perfect experience for you… and gain friendship 💞 The local people are kind and always smiling ☺️☺️ Even gave us snacks and when we leave mrs Xie gave us snacks to eat on the way🥰 so sweet mother and daughter We are looking forward to visit and stay with them next spring festival 😁🤩 Thank you so much Daisy and to your mom and family💞🥰

第一次来黄山！我们不会说中文，幸好找到了这家酒店😇。我打电话问了好几家酒店，只有这家有人会说英语，附近的其他酒店都对我冷眼相待😭😭，还说不接待外国人……我们当时还在去黄山的路上，但老板人特别好，问我们在哪里，还说如果需要帮忙随时可以联系他们，实际上在我们出发前一天就联系上了😊😇。我们终于见到他们了，他们热情地欢迎了我们！我们非常幸运地遇到了肖家👨‍👩‍👧，当然还有他们的女儿黛西🌼。他们非常慷慨，事事都乐于助人💞，甚至为了带我们去医院做PCR检测，他们一大早就起床……徒步结束后还开车接我们……他们一家人都非常友善😊😊，我们感觉自己就像是他们家的朋友……不仅仅是客人😭🥰。晚饭后，我们还在肖谢太太的茶室里喝了她亲手做的茶🍵……早餐和晚餐都非常美味，我们很喜欢，徒步结束后把所有食物都吃光了😋😋。虽然水有点凉，但我们还是在他们的游泳池里游了泳，一边喝啤酒一边和黛西聊天……还一起看星星、听音乐……我强烈推荐这家酒店，特别是如果你不会说中文，又刚到这个地方，而且价格合理……酒店附近还有杂货店、餐馆和医院可以做PCR检测……这将是一次完美的体验……还能收获友谊💞 当地人非常友善，总是面带微笑☺️☺️ 甚至还给我们准备了零食，谢太太在我们离开的时候也给了我们一些零食带走🥰 母女俩真是太贴心了！我们期待着明年春节再次拜访她们，和她们一起住😁🤩 非常感谢黛西，也感谢你的妈妈和家人💞🥰

Well organized. Clean. Responsible. Quiet. Closed to convenient store and yellow mountain. Owner and her family was very welcoming and helpful, honest. I also admired the art creation from the owner such as her amazing Chinese calligraphy. Painting and tea.

井然有序，干净整洁，主人尽职尽责，环境安静。靠近便利店和黄山。店主和她的家人非常热情好客，乐于助人，而且诚实可靠。我还很欣赏店主的艺术创作，比如她精湛的中国书法、绘画和茶艺。
