Yinju Hostel

The hotel is beautifully designed with good materials, a comfortable bed and a lovely window nook for drinking tea. Very clean too. It is in a quiet area about 10min cab ride from the main town. You can walk to the beautiful emerald valley. You can find one or two eating options nearby but lots more delicious restaurants in the nearby town. The main disappointment was with the service and attention to guests. The hotel staff had a brush attitude making us feel unwelcome. Breakfast was really disappointing - just a few buns that were not too fresh and an egg. The hotel staff did arrange a driver for us who was great - you will need that to get around to the mountains.

Lovely homestay in Feicui village that's 5 min walk from Emerald Valley, which is another worthy attraction itself. It is 10 min drive from Tangkou town which is at the foot of Huangshan. Booked this place thanks to another review that mentioned Tangkou is cluttered and not scenic (which proved to be absolutely true). Homestay owners also arranged free rides to Huangshan entrance and back as well as raincoats and hiking sticks for the climb. Wonderfully appointed rooms with hearty breakfast provided everyday. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you to the owners and housekeeper who made our stay a memorable one.

这家位于飞翠村的民宿非常棒，步行5分钟即可到达翡翠谷，翡翠谷本身也是一个值得一游的景点。民宿距离黄山脚下的塘口镇也只有10分钟车程。之前看到一条评论说塘口镇比较拥挤，景色也一般（事实证明确实如此），所以我才预订了这家民宿。民宿主人还安排了往返黄山入口的免费接送，并提供雨衣和登山杖。房间布置精美，每天都提供丰盛的早餐。一切都非常完美，无可挑剔。感谢民宿主人和管家，让我们拥有了一次难忘的住宿体验。

This homestay is located in the Emerald Valley, just 10 minutes away from the Huangshan shuttle bus stop in town. Owner made us feel at home, it was quiet at night and so much more calmer than staying in Tangkou. Highly recommended. The food is delicious too as they have a in-house cook. Meals can be ordered ahead and br we kfast is delicious. Lovely in house cat seems to be friendly with anyone who cares to pet it.

We had an absolutely delightful experience during our stay at this Airbnb! The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. As cat lover myself, I was thrilled to be accompanied by their three adorable cats, adding an extra layer of charm to our stay.The room was clean, neatly organized, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast prepared by the owner. What made our departure even more special was the thoughtful gesture of packing breakfast for us on the day we had to catch an early train.The convenience of having access to drivers associated with the Airbnb made exploring nearby townships a breeze. This thoughtful amenity significantly added to the overall positive experience of our stay.Should I find myself back in Huangshan, there is no doubt that I would choose to stay here again. This Airbnb is a top choice for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommended!

An absolutely amazing hostel! We had a beautiful queen bed room with private shower and a balcony for tea. And good air conditioning!The hostel owner was incredibly welcoming and helped organize a pickup from Huangshan Bei train station. For our hike in Huangshan, the owner gave us detailed maps and a suggested route, all of which were spot on. The hostel provided free drop off and pick up to the Huangshan hiking points. Very easy and very convenient. The absolute gem of the whole stay was the Ayi, who cooked amazing meals! Our breakfasts were fantastic, as were the lunch and dinner we also had. A great assortment of Anhui food; everything was delicious! All in all, will be 100% recommending to other friends. Very comfortable and great value for price. Incredibly friendly and hospitable and delicious food. 10/10!

We had the twin bed double room, which was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for our needs. The hosts arranged a private car to pick us up from Huangshan Bei train station (about an hour drive). The location of the hostel is in a cute village, about a 10 minute drive to the hiking entrance of Huangshan. The owners organized another car to take us to/from the hiking entrance. We also got great suggested hiking paths and other activities to do in the surrounding area. Returning from a 2 day hike on Huangshan, we were grateful to the hostel to pick us up, for the absolutely delicious food we had for lunch and dinner, and for the comfortable beds, showers, and air conditioning. For the price, there is absolutely no place better. Service was incredible; quality amazing; and ambience perfect. Will be recommending to all my friends.

What a wonderful stay we had in Shunli. This is more of a hotel than a hostel, perfectly situated in the Emerald Valley in a lovely little and quiet village. The hosts are a wonderful couple who speak English and are incredibly helpful. Prior to our stay, the owner contacted us directly to tell us how to get out to the hotel and managed to book a taxi for us. The hotel is situated directly down from Yellow Mountain (around 10 minutes away for the bus station in Hongkou). It’s an ideal place to stay on your visit to Yellow Mountain. We were incredibly well looked after during our stay, the hotel is brand new and beautiful and the food (local) is outstanding. Having walked around the village it looks like they grown all the veg themselves. There is a beautiful walk around the Emerald Valley Scenic Route which is 5 minutes from the hotel. A beautiful river walk and also 90rmb entrance fee, it was well worth it. Our hosts also managed to book us a taxi back to Huangshan North Railway station (around 40 minutes drive) and they made our life so easy. Thank you for having us and I would highly recommend staying here whether you are a solo traveller, family, or couple.

We were part of a group of six friends who traveled from Shanghai for a long weekend exploring Huangshan. And the hostel was an absolute gem that made the weekend perfect!!The owner was very communicative prior to our arrival, and arranged for a van to pick us all up from Huangshan Bei train station to the hostel. Nestled in a cute valley around a 10 minute drive from the entrance to Huangshan, we loved the clean, modern, and relaxing vibe of the hostel. We had amazing hosts, who prepared delicious breakfasts, lunch, and dinner! They also gave great hiking recommendations both for Huangshan and for the surrounding area. 100% would recommend for others.
