Service overall was amazing most of the staff speak quite well English a rare thing in china. The property is beautiful and well kept. Modern and clean. The room is well appointed new and comfortable the shower was good the bed was comfortable the view was amazing had a room with a balcony just sat outside to watch the sea and sunrise for hours. |The selection of fresh vegetables at happy hour needs to be improved the selection at breakfast was good. |Overall i would say this hotel is highly recommended.

整体服务很棒，大多数员工英语说得很好，这在中国很少见。该物业很漂亮而且维护得很好。现代又干净。房间设备齐全，很新，很舒适，淋浴很好，床很舒服，景色很棒，有一个带阳台的房间，坐在外面可以看大海和日出几个小时。 |欢乐时光新鲜蔬菜的选择需要改进，早餐的选择很好。 |总的来说，我想说这家酒店是强烈推荐的。

Very bad service! My son booked the hotel travel from UK. He missed the call especially he is a foreigner, also on the train. Then they canceled the room which he is arriving! I can't believe how they can cancel it without a confirmation

Amazing view from the hotel! Very clean and spacious room with huge balcony to enjoy the scenery. Good breakfast spread as well.

酒店综合推荐指数：3颗星（满分5颗星）|酒店常旅客会籍级别：万豪钛金|综合评价：|日照这样的海滨城市，为数不多的联号酒店，但是管理和服务的确差强人意。相信很多入住过的朋友深有同感。由于是周末，酒店入住率比较高，迎宾套房，套房就不要想了，酒店还是很大方地升了一级，安排了一间离电梯很远的行政房，酒店看来真的是不怎么看客史，或者说根本就不在意。|欢迎礼遇还是选择积分，由于入住比较晚，当晚没有送水果，第二天才送，但是按照第二天送的水果的冰凉程度，其实入住当晚是工作人员下班了，因为第二天送来的水果很冰很凉！|房间景观是给了海景房的，这个房间带一个很大的阳台，景观不错，可以看到日照帆船基地和万平口景区。|房间属于传统酒店设计，并无新意，酒店洗簌间的备品已经换成大瓶了，单水池设计，浴缸洗手间做的是推拉门设计。日照喜来登的早餐是真的拉垮，没有服务，唯一的服务是前台一定要你带房卡刷卡，由于周末，入住的人非常多，所以早餐也是满员，根本没有服务，没有引领位置，全靠自助。也不知道行政酒廊开放时间，是否有早餐，简直就是要命了！|早餐品种不多，出品也一般，水果也是非常的少，工作人员只能忙着收台，接待下一桌客人，我的天呐，看来飞客上很多人的体验反馈真的是非常差的。这是一家吐槽点最多的万豪系-喜来登酒店，入住不安服务流程不说，退房也是不按流程，而且还把其他房间的帐挂在我的房间，也没有让客人对账单，后来看到后找酒店询问，某值班经理还声称只是入错账了，回头帮我撤销消费，把扣错的钱款退回来，完全没有意识到，自己酒店的管理出了很多问题。我也不惯着他，投诉吧，看看万豪怎么处理吧？|茶馆里大部分去了这家酒店体验感都不是很好，酒店方真的需要思考一下，也许业主主营方向不再酒店，但是你挂着这个牌子，就需要维护好这个品牌的声誉！

Whether I needed assistance or simply wanted to unwind, the staff was always there to cater to my needs with a genuine smile. The executive lounge itself was a haven of relaxation and indulgence. The assortment of refreshments and snacks further elevated the experience, showcasing the hotel's commitment to providing a premium and satisfying stay for their guests. 每次去日照就住這裡，非常喜歡。服務很好，酒店位置很好。早餐也不錯。酒店外面的風景也很好。適合家庭出行入住。

Recently stayed here overnight on a drive from Shanghai to Beijing....really only was in Rizhao ~12 hours, so can't claim any deep expertise. But - this was a solid hotel overall. ||||- Located as part of a newer office/financial complex along the waterfront, so good views and across the bridge from the Wanpingkou tourist beech area. However not a ton around the hotel itself - some of the larger malls (CR/Huarun Mixc, Wanda) are a couple kilometers away more in the hear of town. ||- Hotel is a <15 story atrium style building with the lobby at the base. Lower floor includes some of the restaurants, ballroom, etc. Underground parking convenient as well (though electric vehicle charging impractical as requires manual payment to building maintenance at.a certain office during working hours, rather than just a QR code automatic) - kind of ridiculous.||- We were upgraded from a base room to a higher-floor oceanfront room with balcony; good view of the harbor. Room was about what you'd expect from a modern Sheraton - good enough facilities, solid desk, client control responsive, etc. Probably a bit bigger than average too at 40+sqm. One other minor positive - we ordered delivery food and put the trash outside the room door; it was cleaned up within an hour (some hotels seem to ignore for days...). ||- Breakfast was solid - good size buffet in a comfortable space. Good service with prompt coffee offering. Fruit selection maybe could have been a bit better; a good mix of Shandong more local offerings too though as well. ||- Didn't actually end up making it up to the lounge, but both an evening snack and drink service was offered. ||||Overall, I can't say much for the Rizhao hotel market as a whole...but this Xingye (seems like a large developer in town) Sheraton at <500 RMB was quite solid, both in terms of the physical property (not surprising) and service ( a bit harder).

最近从上海开车到北京的路上在这里住了一晚……实际上只在日照待了约 12 个小时，所以不能声称有任何深厚的专业知识。但是 - 总的来说，这是一家可靠的酒店。 ||||- 位于海滨新办公/金融综合体的一部分，视野极佳，与万平口旅游山毛榉区隔桥相望。然而，酒店本身周围并不大——一些较大的购物中心（CR/华润万象城、万达）距离市中心几公里远。 ||- 酒店是一座 15 层以下的中庭式建筑，大堂位于底层。下层包括一些餐厅、舞厅等。地下停车场也很方便（尽管电动汽车充电不切实际，因为需要在工作时间在某个办公室手动支付建筑维护费用，而不仅仅是二维码自动支付） - 有点太荒谬了。||- 我们从底层房间升级到了更高楼层的带阳台的海滨房间；房间很大。港口的景色很好。房间符合您对现代喜来登酒店的期望——设施足够好，办公桌坚固，客户控制响应灵敏，等等。可能也比平均水平大一点，有 40 多平方米。 另一个小优点是我们点了外卖，并将垃圾放在房间门外；一小时内就被清理干净了（有些酒店似乎忽略了好几天......）。 ||- 早餐很丰盛——自助餐的份量很足，空间舒适。服务很好，提供及时的咖啡。水果的选择也许可以更好一些；不过，也有山东更多本地产品的良好组合。 ||- 实际上并没有到达休息室，但提供了晚间小吃和饮料服务。 ||||总体来说，对于整个日照酒店市场我不能说太多...但是这家兴业（城里好像是大开发商）喜来登的价格<500元还是相当扎实的，无论是从物理上还是从硬件上来说财产（并不奇怪）和服务（有点困难）。

对于酒店来讲 做好卫生和服务是第一位的，疫情前经常出差或旅游需要住宿，也会选择性价比高的酒店。首先一直看中卫生和服务。对于喜来登在澳门住过，来日照后参加了妹妹的婚礼去过，感觉高大尚且舒服。这次朋友来直接选择喜来登一起感受，一个地方让你想再去绝不仅仅因为品质和地理位置，更重要的是舒服，让你住的舒服，整个环境和工作人员的感觉都让你踏实亲切又温馨，感谢。在日照有喜来登，如此美好 开心！
