房間特別大，不過冷氣不知道是不是有控制，開了最大還是悶熱，因為只去一聽，所以就沒特別跟櫃檯反應，棗莊最好的酒店！

A perfect hotel is a small city|The hotel get a 10/10 on all counts |Service 10|Property 10|Area 10 |Bed comfort 10 |Room 10|Shower 10|Quality of rest 10|The staff have enough people that speak well English I don’t have this even in major cities. |I don’t easily give 10/10 rating but this hotel blew me away i had very low expectations but i was pleasantly surprised. |This hotel is highly recommended!

the hotel location is very good and stand city center. Hotel on the West tower of Twins shopping mall and hotel have many Zaozhuang city painting of natural landscapes , lobby have Laban Lock so amazing . Receptionist show their welcome and smiling greetings which make us warm . the weather is badly because dust storm but lobby staff give us warm . the hotel is new and international brand but still need more training and more professionals . thanks and have good luck !

非常糟的住宿體驗,室內居然沒空調，吹了一晚暖氣，整晚睡不著，搬來電風扇，一樣熱到無法睡覺！
