房間枕被清潔衛生，但其實望大明湖，趵突泉，芙蓉街，五龍潭有點距離，走路要30分鐘，離最新世茂廣埸都要步行20分鐵，早餐有很多中式食物，抓子肉好味，豆槳好味。服務員熱情有禮，性價比高

My stay in Shandong International has been nothing but pleasant. The cleaning staff especially took extra measures to ensure my comfort. Although it is far from the subways, the location itself is conveniently near multiple bus stops that go directly to many popular sites.

來済南出差3次，也订这酒店，客服相當亲切，经理们也處理我深圳快递也貼身安排。设施很不錯，換了另一个房型更令人滿意，商务礼遇:都是和携程订的特别服务，这次更续住幾天

酒店服务超好，用携程订还可以免费洗衣服，续订也方便，用携程APP 1手搞定，每天还有水果送，在这里一提蕲阿姨是房服务員，洗衣服及我需要用品她都能好客气有礼貌去服务，给她一个赞，本来想去別的酒店试试，因阿姨的服务及酒店里的每个員工対待客人态度，比我前二天住香格里拉酒店服务也不相伯仲，所以决定续住了幾天，給山东国际饭店每个員工点赞

Was okay, not great. Small rooms not much stuff. Not International. No English at all. Staff were good. If you speak Chinese , then fine. If not ….

还可以，不是很好。房间小，东西不多。不是国际的。根本不会英语。工作人员很好。如果你会说中文，那就没问题了。如果不 …。

酒店不在市中心不过位置也不算偏了，大堂很气派，装修的风格很古典，可能是老店的缘故吧。但是服务很好，没有店大欺客的事情，进门就有人照应，很热情。房间内设施也应有尽有，不会很老旧。卫生看起来也是不错的。

这家酒店周围环境还是挺好的，但是不算是在市中心，有些偏，超市什么的还是有的。酒店大堂挺富丽堂皇的，服务员看我们有点渴给我们来了两杯冰水，服务态度很好的。房间我感觉不错的，大红木的古典中式装修。古香古色，同事很喜欢。酒店每天都送水果的，我问他们有没有牛奶，他们也很快就送上来了。

I would think that most western business and leisure travelers would probably prefer to stay in a different hotel in Jinan, like the Crowne Plaza. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, but I found the absence of non-smoking rooms to be a real turn off. Opening the window helped, but, then you have to close it at night or use earplugs, as the ambient noise level outside is quite high until after 10 or 11pm. The bed is a traditional Chinese bed, quite firm.||||I was told that the hotel was built in 2004. If so, either poor finishing techniques were used or poor materials, as the ceiling in my room had peeling paint, the curtain pulls didn't work and the door knob was loose.||||Breakfast was included, but only Chinese food. No cereal.||||If not for the super friendly staff, I would have given this a two. I will not return as there are other choices in Jinan, and the prevalence of smoke is a real turn off.
