We have a good experience with this hotel. Free Laundry, daily cleaning, Nice break fast, good staff - day one we went after closing the restaurant for breakfast, but the staff arranged available & more than sufficient quantities to us. Cleaning staff also well respected and understood our concerns.

我们对这家酒店的体验非常好。酒店提供免费洗衣服务、每日清洁、美味的早餐和优质的服务——第一天我们去吃早餐时餐厅已经关门了，但工作人员还是为我们准备了充足的餐食。清洁人员也非常尊重我们，并且理解我们的顾虑。

Receptionist ting helped us to easily check in and check out , good hotel to stay

前台接待员婷帮我们轻松办理了入住和退房手续，酒店很不错。

There should be one or two people at reception and restaurant counter who can understand and speak English.

前台和餐厅柜台应该有一到两个人能听懂并说英语。

Good place for a high tech area or downtown break, not difficult to access the downtown
