Staff service level was very good. Served fruits to the room. Helpful with our queries. Bar service, breakfast service and cleaning staff are all good. Building is ageing though. Our room was spacious and comfortable. But it has some water stain on false ceiling in the toilet and there was a smell from the toilet. Could be due to the stain or water in the toilet bowl.

不符合雅高品质的一家酒店 1、入住前台对雅高体系很不了解，不知道金卡的早餐福利、欢迎水果、欢迎饮品等福利，没有做房型升级； 2、行政酒廊没有开放； 3、周日的早上8.和10.分别被客房服务人员敲门，很影响睡眠质量，第一次在雅高酒店遇到这样的情况； 4、房间很旧，尤其是卫生间和换鞋凳； 5、餐厅服务人员很不专业，九点早餐高峰期用比较脏的餐车在人群中穿梭收餐，在9:45的时候给每个桌子摆放餐具，制造出很大的声响（当时许多住客仍在用餐）

因为疫情的原因，一直到2023年的国庆才入住这个酒店，非常感谢前台的小伙子刘帅言、小韩在我们入住前 多次耐心有效的沟通帮助才能在一票难求的情况下让我们终于可以成行！也特别感谢在我们整个入住期间小刘热情主动周到的服务让我们在酒店不同的房间里看到了美丽的日出和日落！感谢前台的小姑娘张雪晴不厌其烦的帮我们解决平板的问题；酒店自助餐厅和中餐厅的菜品非常合我们的口味，饼房的曲奇原味饼干和花生曲奇饼干特别的好吃。感谢小伙子吕涛、小姑娘梁琳琳、王莹每天都帮我们准备个性化的下午茶；感谢曲函、李新晨、周金荣、石馨宇、中餐厅的小胡和陈燕燕师傅非常温暖周到的服务；感谢客房部赵燕燕、李小静每天都把房间清扫的干干净净！总之，我们很喜欢这个酒店，因为在这里的16天我们住的舒适、吃的可口、服务很棒、交通便利、购物也很方便，所以非常期待下次的再次入住！|

附近距離商場、公車站，步行均在十分鐘路程內，相當便利。櫃台人員親切熱忱。

overall hotel is good.just the breakfast that claimed included in the booking actually only for one person per room.I booked two rooms for 4 person. If all of us go for breakfast will need pay extra. 69RMB each person. Although actually we didn't go for breakfast at all. So no comment on food.And this detail rule is not clear until the day of check in.Just a remind when you book and confirm you reservation

酒店总体不错。只是预订时声称包含早餐，实际上每间房只提供一个人的早餐。我预订了两间4人房。如果我们所有人都去吃早餐就需要额外付费。 69元/人。虽然实际上我们根本没有去吃早餐。所以对食物不做评论。而且这个详细规则要到入住当天才明确。只是在预订和确认预订时提醒一下

Check in process was quick and efficient. The staff who checked me in was really nice and very funny guy.||||The room itself is a little dark as they are not enough lighting I believe but overall it was a very comfortable room. The room size is good, the bed is comfortable, the AC is cool and the shower pressure is also good. The only down side is that they dont have much English channel. ||||Housekeeping staff was also very helpful and nice. She even remembered by special request every day when she make up my room (I requested for extra coffee and soap on the first day and she did it again without me asking on the second day).||||Room service was also served in a timely manner and the food taste good, or at least way much better in hotel in general. ||||Breakfast in this hotel was a total mess. No one will help you to get a table, you need to look for a table yourself and for a solo traveler, sometimes when you already sat on a table and leave to get something to eat, there will be another Chinese guest sitting on your table. I mean, where is the hotel staff? Aren't they supposed to help to tell the other guests that the seat is taken? The selection itself is also decent. They have a very limited western selection.||||Concierge staff were all very nice and helpful. I can see they genuinely tried their best to communicate in English with their limited English vocab. I really appreciate their effort.||||Location wise, this hotel is located not in the center of Jinan but on a quiet residential area. There are also 2 shopping malls within walking distance from the hotel where you can find both Western and Chinese cuisine.||||Overall this is a very recommended hotel. Really worth the money spent.
