服務員非常親切！因為我是台胞，又是第一次一家三口到大陸自由行，人生地不熟，感謝服務員非常有耐心的教導我使用微信打車功能，專車接送高鐵站……等。房間打掃清潔，床墊舒適，唯一美中不足的是我住的家庭房浴室蓮蓬頭出水小，已向前台人員反應，再求改善！

房间寬敞整洁舒適，櫃台人員亲切周到，入住时会先询问是否要安静的房间，回答问题不厌其烦，经理接送车站非常方便，附近有公交车到孔廟，很棒的住宿体验

The staff here are super helpful and they provide free pick up and drop offs to the highspeed rail station. The hotel serves breakfast for 15rmb per person. Makes a great base to explore the UNESCO world heritage sites connected to Confucious.

这里的员工非常热情周到，并提供往返高铁站的免费接送服务。酒店早餐每位15元人民币。这里是探索与孔子相关的联合国教科文组织世界遗产的绝佳下榻之处。

The staff at Greentree were excellent. They picked us up and dropped us off at the station promptly and on time. They went above and beyond to help us. Really appreciative of all the help they gave us during our stay. Location is close to the station and a short didi ride away from the Confucius Attractions.

绿树酒店的员工非常棒。他们准时接送我们往返车站，而且服务周到，尽心尽力。我们非常感谢他们在入住期间提供的所有帮助。酒店位置靠近车站，乘坐滴滴车很快就能到达孔子学院。

Super friendly and helpful desk staff, they called my next hotel asking questions for me which I needed to ask but couldn't in Chinese

All is good. Normal hotel. Clean room. friendly staff. arrived after 11 pm. Everything is fine
