A simple enough new hotel with an over the top grand lobby. Hotel set in nice grounds with good facilities, including a fully equipped breakfast restaurant, lounge areas etc. Check-in/out was average and staff attentive albeit a little slow. Rooms we nice, new and clean but a little on the small side. Rooms start on the ground floor in an areas with direct open access to the lobby looking into a public atrium where people gather and smoke, better to be on a high floor. Strange that non-smoking rooms cost a lot more money than smoking rooms. Very reasonably priced, would stay there again.

一家足够简单的新酒店，有一个非常豪华的大堂。酒店坐落在美丽的场地，设施良好，包括设备齐全的早餐餐厅、休息区等。办理入住/退房手续很平均，工作人员很细心，尽管速度有点慢。我们的房间很好，很新，很干净，但是有点小。客房从一楼开始，位于可直接通往大堂的开放通道，可看到人们聚集和吸烟的公共中庭，最好位于较高楼层。奇怪的是，无烟房比吸烟房贵很多。价格非常合理，还会再住在那里。

Lets put it this way. Do not step on the floor barefoot. The whole hotel is completely smoked out, even though the front desk attendant insisted the room i was given was smoke free. There was nothing smoke free about the room, there were ashtrays and matches and a cigarette menu on the desk! This is not by any stretch of the imagination a hotel for a westerner to stay in. No english channels on the TV. No English speaking staff except for the front desk attendant. The rooms are scary. stained carpets, dirty bathrooms, the whole nine yards. I refused to shower, not worth the risk. The bed is crazy soft, you sink into it. Really because i had no choice did i actually use the bed. Who knows how clean it is. I trust not very. The sense of security in the hotel is minimal, and the whole place is just scary. Run, fast from this place. It is worth staying in Zibo or Qingdao and travelling the next day. Dont let them fool you into saying it is an acceptable place to stay the night.

让我们这样说吧。不要赤脚踩在地板上。尽管前台服务员坚称给我的房间是无烟的，但整个酒店还是完全被烟熏了。房间里没有什么是禁止吸烟的，桌子上有烟灰缸和火柴，还有香烟菜单！这绝对不是一个适合西方人入住的酒店。电视上没有英语频道。除前台服务员外，没有会说英语的工作人员。房间很吓人。地毯脏了，浴室脏了，整个九码。我拒绝洗澡，不值得冒险。床太软了，你会陷进去。真的因为我别无选择，我才真正使用了这张床。谁知道它有多干净。我不太相信。酒店的安全感很低，整个地方都很可怕。快跑，逃离这个地方。值得留在淄博或青岛，第二天再去旅游。不要让他们欺骗你说这是一个可以接受的过夜地点。

I stayed in this hotel to attend a business conference. First off, the function rooms/ training rooms are spacious with attentive staff to provide your needs. You just need to use visual-gesture form of communication to get your message across. Buffet breakfast had a variety of options and they are good. ||||The bedroom i stayed in, has enough space, and has comfortable bed. Green view from my window.||||I wouldn't mind staying in this hotel again in the future.

我们是七月份来住的，居然晚上没有空调，挺热的，一夜都没有睡好，而且早上起来还没有热水，它的热水就是早上没有的，然后我问空调，她说空调晚上就是不开的。当时我们住了六个人都投诉啦，因为太热啦，而且还用的鸭绒被，感觉很不好。至于这个位置离市中心挺远的，好像在新区吧，但停车挺方便的。总之性价比挺高的，便宜，但是环境还不如快捷宾馆，因为太热啦，没有办法睡觉，还不能洗澡。

In China recently for work when one of our clients asked us ro visit their new project near Binzhou. Jumped onto Tripadvisor and picked this hotel. ||||Service was excellent and the rooms large and clean.||||The hotel organised a car and driver for the days who picked us up in DongYing and dropped us off to Jinan Railway station arfer work completed.||||Buffet area was great for meals and overall service and attention to detail excellent. Business centre very helpful indeed.

最近在中国工作时，我们的一位客户要求我们参观他们在滨州附近的新项目。跳到 Tripadvisor 并选择了这家酒店。 ||||服务非常好，房间又大又干净。||||酒店安排了车和司机，在东营接我们，工作完成后把我们送到济南火车站。||||自助餐区非常适合用餐，整体服务和对细节的关注都非常好。商务中心确实非常有帮助。

Stayed here since I was on business trip so easier access. Room was OK, breakfast also OK.|Took dinner on their restaurant and serve Chinese food with very good taste. Not long after arrived, snow coming so only can waste your time at the hotel

We had to change 3 rooms in order to get the right one. First room, air con was not functioning, Second room the carpet was all wet, Third room the carpet was stained and dirty with a lot of marks on it. In the end we just settled down on the fourth one that looks alright and the air con is functioning well.||Don't like the design of the bathroom. There isn't shower curtain and the floor is all wet while taking shower.

我们不得不换了 3 个房间才能找到合适的房间。第一个房间的空调无法正常工作，第二个房间的地毯全湿了，第三个房间的地毯又脏又脏，上面有很多痕迹。最后我们选择了第四间，看起来不错，空调运转良好。||不喜欢浴室的设计。没有浴帘，洗澡时地板都是湿的。
