潍坊万达铂尔曼酒店

I arrived on July 16th at 4AM and Lily Li helped with my checked in. Thru out the 2-week period Lily helped me a few times and she treated me with courtesy and professionalism. Lily was great. Thank you, Lily. Also, during my 2-week stay I've requested no housekeeping/laundry/room service. However, the housekeeping ladies were nice enough to check-in with me and offered to drop off additional bottled water. Thank you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a place I would stay with again. A big thank you to Lily and the housekeeping ladies. Service: 1. I believe in conservation. I think the hotel should have policy in place to encourage those who decline housekeeping/laundry and supplement those who choose this option with something nice (free room service or redeemable codes to the vending machine for snacks)... 2. I was really hungry when I checked in at 3AM. It would be nice to have a vending machine that offered, say, bowls of instant ramen, so the guest can heat up some water in their room and feed themselves. 3. WiFi was disappointing. As a foreign traveler I depend on excellent WiFi at both place of work and hotel but Wifi was slow and sluggish. Room: 1. The shower in room 1502 needs re-caulking. I can see missing caulking in the shower area and over time this can create serious damage. Regards, Roy META EE TPM

The hotel provides services at a high level. It has a large restaurant that offers quality services. Good breakfast, dinner with a large selection of Chinese dishes. The hotel is located in the center of Weifang and is close to the sights.

酒店位置不错，前台ci业务不够熟练，有些该有的礼遇未给予，房间卫生打扫不够干净，没有儿童备品，泳池很好。餐厅早餐一般水平，晚餐太差… 没见过这么差的酒店自助晚餐。

World-class customer service of hotel staff. Great hotel location to tourists. Nice view at night. Free breakfast with lots of options. Good and enough parking space. Lots of convenient stores and shopping centers nearby.

Nice hotel. Business friendly. Good breakfast and space to take calls and do your stuff. Nothing that much to write home about tbh. It’s a nice hotel in a factory town in the middle of nowhere smh, shrug emoji. |A two hundred character min is crazy.

this is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. we booked 2 rooms for 4 pax. we tried the chinese restuarant at level2 and dishes were great! recommend anyone staying at weifang to stay at this hotel.

Wrong telephone operation and redirect customer's call from restaurant to my room, lots of call real is annoyed. Curtain malfunction, then change to other room with flicker light
