Stayed for two nights, and my experience was amazing! Very luxurious and glittery room on top of a mountain... What a view!||Service was exceptional from everyone. Surprisingly, the best continental food, even in such a small town!||Ideal hotel for both local and international visitors. It is highly recommended.

Spacious hotel with gorgeous rooms and modern restaurant with an extremely large choice of Chinese food. It is not "in" the Luoshan National Forest Park but close to it. Very goodwifi. The Hotel, apparently belongs to the Shandong Gold Group and possibly is also used for meetings of the Corporation. This may explain the large size of the complex. IN sum: a very pleasant hotel!

A good place to stay for business, relax. Enjoy the spacious room, 5 star luxury. A national park is just next door. Prepare 3 hours for the walk up and down hill for the national park. Limousine service to Yantai, Penglai, Qingdao in a comfortable Brand new Audi A6 or VW Passat.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. The sign on the door stated that it was a nonsmoking room however matches and a ashtray were provided. The breakfast was included and had a large selection of Chinese food but just a few western selections. The employees were swatting flies on the buffet. The fly swatter was contacting the food dishes on the buffet. I saw one of the employees around look as if they were trying to see if a dead fly landed in the food. The employees would not leave the toaster adjusted so that it would actually brown the bread. A customer would turn the toaster up, make some toast and immediately an employee would go over and turn the toaster down so as one patron said the toaster gently warms the bread. The door closer on the door to my room would not close the door with enough force to latch the lock, so I had to pull the door closed. I returned from my day of business on one day to find my door lock had been left unlatched by housekeeping. The air conditioner did not work and leaving the windows open got me a late night wake up call from some noisy patrons at 1:00am. The hotel staff could use education.

This is a true 5 star hotel. The faciilites are top-rate, and the sleeping rooms large, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities. The staff was helpful and cheerful. The restaurant served a wide varieity of Chinese foods, which were very well prepared and presented.

这是一家真正的五星级酒店。 设施是一流的，卧室很大，非常舒适，设施一流。 工作人员乐于助人而且令人愉快。 餐厅提供种类繁多的中餐，而且准备得很好，摆盘也很好。

酒店建在山上，很新，价格也很好，不知道是不是推广价？交通嘛就只能靠私家车了。餐饮都是单算，不含在房费里的。巴西烤肉样式很多，味道一般，尝个鲜吧。

环境很好， 服务也很赞 ，设施也好，原谅我无知。浴室的玻璃墙可以随时变透明和遮雾感觉好爽 价格还很便宜 大概因为位置实在有点偏
