蓬莱华玺酒店

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip in early January, when winter had truly established itself with temperatures below zero and snow on the ground. My room was adequately furnished, clean and tidy with free internet (via cable). The hotel is centrally located, has a large reception area and a choice of restaurants, although I only used the buffet area for breakfast, which had an adequate selection. I understand there is a pool and gym but unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to use these facilities.||On the down-side, the public areas were a bit chilly during my visit and the bar, restaurants shut at 9pm in the absence of any customers, although room service was available. English is not widely spoken but the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. In summary, for a short business trip, the hotel is fine and I would be content to stay here again.

This hotel was more expensive than budget options but cheaper than international 4*/5* chains, and what you get is more or less what you'd expect for that price. ||||It has all of the trappings of a 4* hotel - it's huge, complete with fitness centre, fully decked-out bathrooms, clean sheets... but somehow all of the small details just fall short of the true 4* experience, e.g. front desk service is very slow, the TV menu claims to have international channels, but none of them work, the breakfast buffet in theory has the full range of food you'd expect, but just slightly lower quality than at a 4* hotel, etc. There was free fruit and a free teddy bear in my room, but my friends had just the fruit (which was still a nice touch). There was wireless the first day that randomly didn't work the second day - although cable internet worked fine throughout the stay. ||||Still, it's a good mid-range or upper mid-range choice, and we didn't have any complaints with our stay. ||||It's also walking distance from the water and from Penglai pavillion, which is helpful.

这家酒店比经济型酒店贵，但比国际 4*/5* 连锁酒店便宜，而且您所得到的或多或少与您对这个价格的期望相同。 ||||它拥有四星级酒店的所有特征——很大，配有健身中心、设施齐全的浴室、干净的床单……但不知怎的，所有的小细节都达不到真正的四星级酒店经验，例如前台服务很慢，电视菜单上声称有国际频道，但都不起作用，自助早餐理论上有你想要的各种食物，但质量比四星级酒店稍差，我的房间里有免费的水果和一只免费的泰迪熊，但我的朋友只有水果（这仍然是一个很好的感觉）。第一天有无线网络，第二天随机就不能用了——尽管有线网络在整个住宿期间都工作得很好。 ||||不过，这仍然是一个不错的中档或中高档选择，我们对住宿没有任何抱怨。 ||||离水边和蓬莱阁也都是步行距离，这一点很有帮助。

參加研討會住進蓬萊市最豪華的華璽大酒店，這是在這小城市裡唯一的五星級大酒店，位於市中心北關路與鐘樓北路交匯處，是市區最熱鬧地區，離海岸線近且交通非常方便，離蓬萊閣風景區也只有300多公尺。從外面看大酒店非常的大且霸氣，走入大廳有如進古代宮殿，房間內部豪華且寬大舒適，Wifi也暢通無阻，對商務旅行是相當理想的大酒店，內部食 住供應完整，個人相當庆幸能受招待入住於此。

华玺大酒店应该算是蓬莱最高档的酒店了，离汽车站、利群商场很近，步行到海边也就不到5分钟的路程。酒店设施还是不错的，酒店房间宽敞明亮，床很舒服，服务员打扫也很及时，前台也非常热情，早餐也不错。但是对于蓬莱这样一个小城市而言，酒店的价格实在是太贵了，似乎只适合商务人士，不太适合个人旅游，性价比太低了。

The Huaxi Hotel in Penglai has proven to be an excellent motel. Next door to a major shopping centre and many smaller food shops it provides an excellent level of comfort and room service to its guests. For foreigners, the hotel will accept all major cards but suggest bringing cash with you as facilities to access cash are limited with Bank of China ATMs not always cashed up. Bank of China will however provide cash for visa and master card users when funds available.||Hotel staff have been more than helpful during my stay and would recommend coming to the Huaxi hotel as there are a number of attractions nearby which are worth the visit.

事实证明，蓬莱华熙宾馆是一家优秀的汽车旅馆。酒店毗邻一个大型购物中心和许多小型食品店，为客人提供一流的舒适度和客房服务。对于外国人，酒店可接受所有主要银行卡，但建议您携带现金，因为提取现金的设施有限，中国银行的 ATM 机并不总是能提取现金。不过，在资金允许的情况下，中国银行将为维萨卡和万事达卡用户提供现金。||在我入住期间，酒店工作人员非常乐于助人，建议您入住华西酒店，因为附近有很多值得一游的景点。

Vast marble lobby (but don't they all?) comfortable room, good bed. Almost clean room too. Over the top gold mosaic bathroom. Staff tries, but language skills just not there. Breakfast standard buffet, coffee good (a first) but not much choice. You can stay here with confidence.

宽敞的大理石大堂（但不是全部吗？）舒适的房间，舒适的床。房间也几乎干净。顶部金色马赛克浴室。工作人员尝试过，但语言能力不存在。早餐是标准自助餐，咖啡很好（第一），但选择不多。您可以放心地留在这里。

Big hotel, with difficult staff. but that's normal in China. the cleaners don't like you putting things on the tables in reception area- she handed the papers we were looking at to us to remove them from her clean table.||restaurant is a buffet open 1700 to 2030 only. its cheep all the food and beer you want. but after 2030 nothing. what is left over from diner is usually there again for breakfast plus a few more bits a pieces. The gym is big, and you get a free pass to it, but again speak mandarin to the reception or they won't let you use it..

酒店很大，工作人员很难相处。但这在中国很正常。清洁工不喜欢你把东西放在接待区的桌子上——她把我们正在看的文件交给我们，让我们把它们从她干净的桌子上拿下来。||餐厅是自助餐，只在 1700 到 2030 营业。你想要的所有食物和啤酒都很便宜。但2030年后就什么都没有了。晚餐剩下的东西通常会再次作为早餐，再加上一些碎片。健身房很大，你可以免费进入，但要再次用普通话与接待处交谈，否则他们不会让你使用。

已经住了不知道多少次华玺，总体感觉在蓬莱这样的城市，有这样硬件的酒店已经很难得，可软件，服务和硬件相比实在差距太大。服务员的态度永远是冷冰冰，房间洗手间里除了牙刷和梳子，竟然连棉签都没有。。。
