南山坡上有一種果樹的果子紫紅色顏色，殼堅硬，很美丽。迎宾楼建筑有年代，建筑主体坚固结实。前台史真香帮我升级方型，非常感谢。前台二位男实习生，很清新。客房服务员小唐很是热情。早餐干净简洁，菜品不丰富，但是食材一等。餐厅服务员孙广翎值得表扬，很是热情主动，为我打饭。

I am in general agreement with most of the reviews. I stayed 2 nights in 2018 on a business trip to Longkou, and this property was recommended by my hosts. ||||Good things: Generally the property is attractive and well maintained... if somewhat dated. The room and common areas were clean and in good order. (For older hotels it is unusual to see things well maintained in China.) Service was good provided you spoke some Chinese... English was limited. ||||I found the breakfast menu and food quality satisfactory but somewhat limited for Western taste. ||||I was there in springtime and the grounds were beautiful. I took a short walk and wished I had more time to enjoy the property.||||As stated by others, the hotel is isolated... aside from their own facilities it is not practical to walk elsewhere in the town. ||||I would return next time.

Everything is done to a mid level budget and hotel is aging but still very convenient to all the Nanshan businesses. Guest rooms are comfortable enough, but mosquitoes can be an issue throughout hotel. A good tip is to learn to use the bedside electronic room controls before retiring for the night. For westerners be warned that breakfast is not catered for their tastes and coffee quality is terribly missing. Piece of toast and eggs is about the extent of the similarities to western expectations. Private dining room with colleagues at night is an exceptional experience. Lobby cafe/bar is good (except coffee) and surrounds of the lakes and gardens make for a pleasant morning exercise run or walk.

I stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights. The reviews really don't do justice to this property. Whilst I agree on some comments, it is the best not 5 star rated Hotel in the vicinity and I was quite ok with what was on offer for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, so was the toilet. But They can improve the quality abit. The area is nice to go for a walk, beautiful lakes and surrounding to walk. Nearby there is also a golf Course. The Breakfast predominantly Chinese but very good. Well at least for me as I love Chinese food. The variety was was good and interesting. But I believe addition of at least a few Wester items food complete it. A must visit place is the Worlds largest Bronze Buddha statue. Amazing place to visit. And many more attractions nearby. The Owner of the Hotel owns the Village of Nanahan I was told.

This is supposed to be the only 5-star hotel in town, but it is aging fast. The hotel needs a serious make over. They booked me a suite, so the room was large and view is interesting (I can see a small lake, but I can also see other things that I rather not see out my hotel windows), and the breakfast was average. Although I did see a few European guests, but this is probably a real local place. The property does have a golf course and close to the main attraction in town (same owner as the hotel), the world largest bronze buddha statute.

I have read the reviews of this place and spoke with colleges who have stayed here and was seriously not looking forward to going.||But some comments on here are misguided, yes it is just about the only place to stay here unless you go to a Chinese hotel in Longkou.||If your reading this then your going to visit on business and not holiday.||||The hotel is whilst not the best in the world, certainly not the worst I have stayed in.||There is very few things to do other than eat,sleep, drink and work. ||Its very quick to eat through the menu on the second floor if you stay for a long time (7 weeks for me). ||There is a small bar area on the second floor where Frank (excellent English speaker) and the staff are very good at solving issues with translation and is always happy to talk and help.||There is also a lobby bar on the ground floor, which is ok.||Dont be put off by what others say, there are better and worse places to stay in China, just fill up with movies and download books and think of the money you can save.|| For the area its very good thats why the 4 star mark.

This hotel is in an enormous complex but in winter there is nothing going on and the hotel is almost empty. Consequently there is no atmosphere especially in the restaurants. There was only one table occupied (mine) and the food was of a poor standard. The staff do their best but the incentive is zero. ||In common with similar hotels in China the lobby is vast and outwardly impressive but after that things are left to run down a little. ||At breakfast there is a wide range of Chinese dishes but these are kept in candle fed warmers at a dubious temperature, so a fried egg or omelette is the best bet.

这家酒店位于一个巨大的建筑群中，但在冬天没有什么活动，酒店几乎是空的。因此，特别是在餐馆里，没有气氛。只有一张桌子被占用（我的），食物的质量很差。员工竭尽全力，但激励为零。 ||与中国的同类酒店一样，大堂宽敞，外观令人印象深刻，但之后的设施就显得有些简陋了。 ||早餐时有各种各样的中式菜肴，但这些菜肴都保存在烛光加热器中，温度不确定，因此煎鸡蛋或煎蛋卷是最好的选择。

我感觉床铺比较潮，服务人员没有给予更换，我没有和服务人员接触过，不了解服务情况，但是前台的态度挺好，早餐可以在酒店吃。离海比较近，地理位置还好，比较方便，环静挺美的，有很多旅游风景区，有高尔夫场地，在一个度假村附近。距离城里一百多公里，坐车挺方便的，白天有大巴车接送，绿地多，空气净化好。
