Four Points By Sheraton Qingdao, Chengyang East

This is a brand new hotel opened in April 2025 everything is new clean and nice. The staff are nice but still learning the trade. The room was nice and big well appointed. One issue i has is management decided today because of low occupancy they will not do breakfast just whoever arrived to breakfast was shown a set menu that he can get. Was kinda disappointing. Also as I have seen the guests feedback I don't think anyone of these guests will ever come back. Not a smart management decision.

这是一家2025年4月开业的全新酒店，一切都焕然一新，干净整洁。员工们都很友善，但仍在学习。房间宽敞漂亮，设施齐全。我遇到的一个问题是，管理层今天决定，由于入住率低，他们不提供早餐，只给来吃早餐的客人提供一份套餐。这有点令人失望。而且，根据我看过客人的反馈，我觉得这些客人以后都不会再来了。这可不是个明智的管理决定。
