The service here is amazing, and we were so pleasantly surprised by how generous and kind the staff were.We arrived a few hours early and the staff said that not only could we leave our suitcase and bags there, but they would take it up to our room for us. The woman with glasses (I’m sorry we didn’t ask for your name) was very attentive and also gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and restaurants. In the evening the staff provided free fruit to snack on, which was a very nice touch. The room was a good size with a comfortable but firm tatami bed. The sheets and towels were clean, and room cleaning took place every day. The rooms are simple but great for what we needed. The staff said we could change our room if it wasn’t to our liking but we were very satisfied with what we had. At times other visitors were a bit noisy but that’s to be expected when travelling with children. There were no major disturbances and the environment was very good. Overall I would really recommend this location! If we return to Qingdao we will definitely book this hotel again.

这里的服务真是太棒了，员工的热情友好让我们惊喜不已。我们提前几个小时到达，工作人员不仅允许我们寄存行李，还会帮我们送到房间。戴眼镜的那位女士（很抱歉我们没问她的名字）非常细心周到，还给我们推荐了很多好玩的地方和餐厅。晚上，工作人员还贴心地提供了免费水果，让我们感觉很温暖。房间大小合适，榻榻米床舒适又结实。床单和毛巾都很干净，而且每天都会打扫房间。房间虽然简单，但完全满足了我们的需求。工作人员说如果我们不喜欢房间可以换，但我们对现在的房间非常满意。有时候其他客人会有点吵，但带着孩子旅行，这种情况也难免。不过并没有造成什么大的干扰，环境也很好。总而言之，我强烈推荐这家酒店！如果再来青岛，我们一定会再次入住这家酒店。

Helpful and friendly staff.For a simple solo traveller, this was perfect for me.
