海鼎假日酒店

I chose this hotel and paid 20% more for seaview units to enjoy beautiful view of the bay and rising sun from the large windows. Still excellent value. Spacious rooms. After whole day shopping and sight seeing we could return and wash up and still visit night market on seafront, or browse the fair sized Hualian supermarket and shopping centre. And plenty of local food choices in nearby streets as well as 24 hr KFC and McDonalds next door.|Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that age is beginning to show in room decor and less than consistent service standards. Other than that we were very satisfied with our 5 nights there.

酒店位置可以说非常好，海景房可以看到第六海水浴场和栈桥，走路去火车站也就五分钟，早上赶早班火车很理想。不过房间整体来说够不上四星标准，门童傻傻站着也不帮忙拿行李，房间不大，尤其卫生间很有经济型酒店的风格，太妃椅看上去有些脏，床还算舒服。早上起来离店手续四个人办了半个小时，后来一路跑到火车站，差点没赶上火车，真的值得注意，赶火车的起早办手续。

十楼以上可以看到海景，入住的时候记得和前台说。酒店位置挺好的，离著名景点栈桥，中山路步行街，基督教堂都不远，房间比较大，设施稍微有点旧不过还可以用。卫生间还可以，挺干净的，另外还有卫浴用品，就是好像有点漏水。总体来说酒店性价比不错

The hotel has a nice location. Beach, train station and other city sights are in walking distance. They provide a TV (no English speaking channels, but who cares), free of charge LAN and a safe. So far the good things to mention. As soon as you enter the hotel building you get aware of a lack of management awareness:||1) Staff: The staff is unfriendly and ignorant (you need a native speaker anyhow, as nobodies speaks English in this hotel)||2) Room: The room itself is dirty. The floor has obviously not been cleaned for a long time, so better wear shoes all the time. The room service is quick, which is no surprise as the staff puts only back the already used and wet old towels to the shelf over the toilet and brings back in order the used blankets on the bed. The bed itself has a matress hard as wood and the blankets were covered with dots of whatever origin. The water pressure in the shower does almost not exist. The shower tray is stuffed so that whater does not run away anymore. The fridge is weak so it takes a long time to cool down drinks. The window (sea view) is totally dirty and can only be opened for a small area. ||3) Breakfast: It is included ( for kids you pay additionally 19 yuan) but don't expect much. Empty trays are hardly filled anymore, no matter of the time you arrive. The food is mostly chinese style, which would even be good if the quality wasn't that bad. Coffee and tea tasted like water. The dishes and plates were quite dirty as well. We went to other restaurants instead for the last days.||4) Athmosphere: Every night we got calls from the hotel offering massages and other services. The noise from the street and from other guests was annoying. Rooms, halls and elevators smelled of smoke and food.||We have experienced many hotels in China so far, low and high budget ones, and we know and take under consideration the standard to be expected for a country like China. To say it in a nutshell, the Haiding Holiday Hotel in Qingdao, was one of the most disgusting places we have ever stayed in.

Hotel is located very close to the beautiful, modern train station, but to get there on foot means a long walk to find a way around the barricaded and jammed traffic lanes surrounding the station. I had an ocean view room whose windows were dirty! Surprisingly, no balcony and only one tiny vent window could be opened for fresh air. Free in-room net access. Bathroom was very modern and the shower, being somewhat translucent to the bedroom, would be a sexy plus point for romantic couples. Breakfast buffet had a reasonable selection of food. An easy walk to the beach and pier, but they really took poor advantage of their sea view location when they designed this enclosed glass box building. The new Metro will open in 2014 and will connect all of the cities attractions together.

酒店距离美丽、现代的火车站非常近，但步行到达那里意味着要走很长一段路才能绕过车站周围的路障和拥挤的车道。我住的是海景房，窗户很脏！令人惊讶的是，没有阳台，只有一扇小小的通风窗可以打开呼吸新鲜空气。免费客房内网络连接。浴室非常现代，淋浴对卧室来说有点半透明，对于浪漫的情侣来说，这将是一个性感的加分点。自助早餐有合理的食物选择。步行即可轻松到达海滩和码头，但在设计这座封闭的玻璃盒子建筑时，他们确实没有充分利用其海景位置。新地铁将于 2014 年开通，将连接城市的所有景点。

离火车站不远, 酒店整体卫生一般。Check-In等了很久，前台服务态度冷冰冰。定了海景房，在房间里可以看到楼下不远处的海，但是海很很脏...早餐很搞笑，可能昨天晚上才举办过婚礼，布景还没撤掉，早餐内容也一般，桌布比较脏。不太会再去了

这家酒店的位置挺好，就在太平路很显眼的地方，四周也是挺繁华的，超市小吃店很多。前往火车站也是比较方便。酒店外观很气派，算是高层建筑，内部装修也还挺好，晚上出来很快就能够走到沙滩上。整体服务也不错。

酒店后面是火车站，前面是栈桥，附近公交车很多，去很多地方都可以去。离着中山路也不远，楼下是华联，有超市，有麦当劳和肯德基。|酒店有点旧，墙壁有水印，前台服务一般，问了很多问题回答的不满意。晚上老有电话打进来问要不要脚底按摩，很影响睡觉。早餐一般吧，能吃饱，但是不丰盛。|酒店没有无线网络，上网不方便。|性价比中等吧，胜在位置不错。
