栈桥·王子饭店

We stayed here for a short Christmas break in Qingdao. Not knowing the town, we had no idea where to stay but my husband thought that if we were by the sea, we couldn't go wrong. This hotel was great for our stay. It's close to the railway station and the airport bus stop, so easy to find on arrival. We had a great room on the second floor with a seaview - just across the road. The room was big, bright and well equipped. The staff in the hotel were also great, ready to help with any questions. Breakfast isn't really adapted for Westerners but it was included in the price and was adequate. There is a fitness room but it wasn't open in the mornings, the time when we could have used it. We walked all day every day during our stay so we didn't really need to use the fitness room. This is an old hotel with some history. The rooms and internal décor isn't like modern corporate hotels but that makes it much nicer. It's lovely to find a treasure like this instead of yet another bland grey hotel room. There are cheap rooms and more expensive rooms. Our room was more expensive and was worth it. We loved it here and we'd love to return.

我们在青岛在这里度过了短暂的圣诞节假期。由于不了解这个城镇，我们不知道住在哪里，但我丈夫认为如果我们在海边，就不会出错。这家酒店非常适合我们的住宿。它靠近火车站和机场巴士站，到达后很容易找到。我们的房间位于二楼，可以看到海景，就在马路对面。房间很大，很明亮，设施齐全。酒店的工作人员也很棒，随时准备帮助解决任何问题。早餐不太适合西方人，但已包含在房价内，而且足够了。有一个健身房，但早上不开放，而我们本来可以使用它的。我们在住宿期间每天都步行，所以我们并不需要使用健身房。这是一家老酒店，有一定的历史。房间和内部装饰不像现代的企业酒店，但这使它更好。很高兴找到这样的宝藏而不是另一个平淡的灰色酒店房间。有便宜的房间和更贵的房间。我们的房间比较贵，但还是值得的。我们喜欢这里并且很乐意回来。

First of all, the hotel is at a great location near the seaside and it does look nice, but only in the pictures. In reality, the nearest beach is|isn’t for swimming and there’s a horrible stench coming from algae and other dead sea animals on the beach. Depending on the wind, you can sometimes smell the stench it in the rooms as well. |||Having said that, the hotel officially has four stars; however, it should have barely one. The rooms are filthy, the carpets stained and windows unwashed. We stayed on the third floor and the room wasn’t completely clean (see the photos below). Furthermore, the entire hotel is damp and one can’t breathe normally inside. In addition to this, the room didn’t have a safe, refrigerator nor an iron- the amenities one would expect at a 4 star hotel.||On the other hand, the staff was friendly and kept our luggage for a few hours after checkout. ||I’d strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you want to have a nice holiday.

What a delight. A grand hotel only a stones throw away from the sea front. |We stayed 5 nights having changed from a dreadful hotel. |So glad we did.|After walking up the steps the doors are opened by a uniformed bell boy, always with a NIHAO and a smile.|Check in was simple enough despite the language barrier. We chose a twin room with no window. Very good rate.|The room was through the lobby and down in the basement. |It was a good size with separate shower room and loo. |My only complaint at this stage is that the internal bathroom and loo doors are frosted glass. Not much privacy for friends sharing however there are clean loos just up a small number of stairs if need be.|The room had daily top ups of toiletries and beds were made everyday.|The hotel was clean although not spotless. Dirty cups were not replaced in the room, however fresh apples and water is left daily - I like This!|There are many facilities within the hotel however I didn't make use of them so cannot comment, too busy exploring the city outside!|Location is very good. Walking distance to virtually everything you would want to see or go to. Close to the railway station, the park, restaurants, shopping street, night market. For everything else a taxi or bus is available. The buses are quite simple to use, we paid ¥1 per bus ride - the electric bus is ¥2.|I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.|

岛栈桥王子饭店是一家老牌的豪华酒店了，这里的装饰风格是欧式的，当时是由德国人来设计，如今已经有一百多年的历史了，现在已经是青岛优秀历史建筑之一。|饭店距离火车站很近，在青岛火车站出站步行就可以直接到达酒店，或者可以乘坐307路公交车，只需要坐一站在栈桥下车就可以看到饭店，如果是从机场出站的话，也可以乘坐702路公交车，在青岛火车站下车，王子饭店就在青岛的标志性建筑“栈桥”的旁边，这条太平路上酒店不少，但是王子饭店应该是最名气最大之一了。饭店附近有很多旅游景点：栈桥、小青岛、信号山、劈柴院等等。|在饭店的门口就有停车位，但地方并不多，酒店有专门的迎宾人员负责拿行李和开门，进入这里有一种走进博物馆的感觉。饭店的一边是前台，另一边是一个休闲咖啡吧，环境非常不错。来这里入住的时候是秋季，当天在网站上预定的，然后给饭店打的电话，很幸运，这里还有房间，可遗憾的是入住的房间有窗户，但并不能看到大海，如果住能看到大海的房间会贵很多。

火車站出來走路10分鐘左右可到，外面就是棧橋看風景看夕陽很方便，建築本身是古蹟很有特色，服務態度中規中矩沒什麼大問題，價格便宜適合預算有限的人。|我們選了最便宜的大床房，位於地下室，沒有窗戶，一進門撲鼻而來的濕氣和廁所味只能適應無法消去，廁所門關久了裡面會很臭，不關的話整個房間都淡淡的臭。床的三面離牆壁都只有不到一米的空間，壁紙可見許多髒污和潮濕發霉的痕跡，其他寢具裝潢等大致尚可。|整體而言住得不太舒適，但念在便宜且位置不錯的份上，也還可以接受。

全家一起来青岛旅游入住这家酒店，位置很好，含自助早餐还比较丰富。总体来说挺好的。|位置交通： 门口过马路就是栈桥，酒店后面就是老城区，劈柴院，教堂，天后宫等都可以步行到达。|环境卫生： 设施一般，入住的房间灯是坏的，门把手也坏了，没有冰箱。|服务质量： 服务还不错，我们是自驾车来的，门口车位不多，酒店工作人员会指引安排

酒店一出门过个马路就是海滩，可以沿着海岸线很舒服的散步~出门往右有麦当劳之类的吃的，周围还有很多大排档，小吃，水果摊等等，距离火车站也不远哦~酒店服务非常好，很热情。酒店房间有一点点小，我们要的是靠近顶部的，房间形状很喜欢啊~像城堡~房间打扫的很干净~整体上来说就是设施有点老旧，但是都很不错，床很舒服~！！酒店早餐挺好吃的，推荐一下~还有酒店走廊的装修，很有海港的风格~

I was given a room in the basement of this supposed 5 Star Hotel. I had no problems with that at the time I booked. I knew that the room had no window. But when I checked into my room I discovered that the air conditioning was not turned on. Consequently I had no air coming into my room. I struggled to actually breathe in the room. The service desk was unable to provide me a better room on the night I checked in. I spent the night struggling with the horrible conditions. Luckily they had a better room on the 2nd day and I appreciated that. I had a far better night of sleep then.|What annoyed me was not the service I was provided, they tried their best in my opinion. What really annoyed me was the fact that the hotel management obviously feels it's not important to provide a basic service of air to the rooms. Maybe they are trying to save money?|Interestingly the room on the 2nd night on a higher level 'did' have air-conditioning running.|Based on the lack of absolute care of the guests I give the hotel 2 stars. 4 stars are for the service desk girl who obviously was trying her best.|My room was next to a laundry room and the picture shows.

我在这家所谓的五星级酒店的地下室得到了一个房间。我预订时没有遇到任何问题。我知道房间没有窗户。但当我入住房间时却发现空调并没有打开。因此我的房间没有空气进入。我在房间里呼吸困难。我入住的那天晚上，服务台无法为我提供更好的房间。我整个晚上都在恶劣的条件下挣扎。幸运的是，他们第二天有一个更好的房间，我很感激。然后我睡了一个更好的夜晚。|让我恼火的不是我提供的服务，在我看来他们尽力了。真正让我恼火的是，酒店管理层显然认为向房间提供基本的空气服务并不重要。也许他们是想省钱？|有趣的是，第二天晚上较高楼层的房间“确实”有空调运行。|由于对客人缺乏绝对的照顾，我给这家酒店 2 颗星。 4 星是给服务台女孩的，她显然已经尽力了。|我的房间在洗衣房旁边，如图所示。
