昆菕凯莱海景度假酒店

酒店位置距離辦事地點近，看了介紹及相關照片，感覺價錢還算合理，就預訂了20-30平米的高級大床房，結果辦理入住後發現房間超級小，床都快頂到窗邊了，而且房間設施陳舊且衛生條件很一般，向前台提出換房要求，換到了三樓323，結果是閣樓，房間很矮，還有斜的結構梁，很容易撞到頭！關鍵是垃圾桶竟然放在床頭櫃上！走廊也很髒，地毯上到處都是污漬，牆面及地角都是霉斑，讓人感覺到噁心！體驗極差！

Location is great. You go out from the hotel and you are directly at the olympic sailing area. There are some malls also nearby. Unfortunately the maintenance is not that good. Room is not so clean. And the corridors look old and not clean.

位置很棒。从酒店出来，直接就到了奥帆区。附近还有一些购物中心。不幸的是维护不太好。房间不是很干净。而且走廊看起来很旧而且不干净。

A Reasonable price. Room is clean. Unfortunately the Facility is a bit of old. The room instructions are not clear. For example: Don’t have the phone instructions for the front desk Or the housekeeping. But the Location is good. Staff are very friendly. Good services.

价格合理。房间很干净。不幸的是设施有点旧。房间指示不清楚。例如：没有前台或客房服务的电话说明。但位置很好。工作人员非常友好。良好的服务。
