此次入住非常满意，感谢Vivian的周到安排， 前台员工都很专业，介绍了很多设施，服务态度也很好，体现了ing的专业服务，整个人心情舒畅了很多，总之就是 很完美，好评，

The hotel and its amenities are relatively new. However, you have to wait for 3-5 mins during rush hours for the elevators. The front desk crews weren't trained well: they just kept playing on their phones, didn't acknowledge I'm a reward member, didn't tell me the location or the time for the breakfast buffet, and didn't tell me where the elevators are. They also didn't tell me they upgraded my room, which did lead to confusion because it totally messed up the room info on the IHG app. The breakfast buffet was the worst I ever had at any IHG hotel. The sanitation standers were not kept, there were cream and grease left on the "clean" coffee mugs I got, not once, but twice, when I complained to the manager, he just took the mugs away, with no explanation, and no offer to replace my drink. A chef run into me from behind, but just kept going, and I'm the only one who said "Sorry about that".

I enjoyed my stays at this property and will come back to this hotel for my future visits. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is also superb.

The staffs for reception are very nice and professionally trained for their job. very nice check in and check out process, e.g Miss Vivian He and her manager gave me very good expression of their service.

The cleanliness of the room is very poor, and the room is really smelly. it is really awful that there were some blood in the cupboard and they totally ignored me

The hotel is in Licang have nice room and kingsize bed. The service was excellent and enjoyed the breakfast very much.
