This hotel is a luxury hotel in terms of the staff. The best, the most ethical, the most polite, the staff always have a smile on their faces, the whole staff is very, very excellent. I like it because These good staff, I would travel thousands of kilometers from Iran to China to see them again. I felt like they were my family. I love each and every staff member. The hotel staff deserves a score of 10. Congratulations to all of them.

always nice to stay at james joyce. the position is convenient, the free shuttle to and from airport is a plus...the room is warm and clean.but when i pay for a room with a bath tub, it's to take a bath..... no hot water in the evening, we couldn't even take a shower.... and "please let the water flow 20 minutes" is not an answer, it doesn't works and it's a waste of ressources

excellent hotel close to airport and affordable. warm and cosy, quiet. and free shuttle to and from TAO airport. the staff is helpfull and kind. free parking. and some restaurants in the area. my ONLY place when leaving or coming from TAO

excellent hotel quiet and welll insulated. just few km from TAO airport. with free shuttle. that's a must for early departure and late arrival.

鄰近機場，很適合晚機到達的客人，因為我不喜歡煙味，原本安排的房間充滿煙味，立刻跟前台反應，馬上就換了一間給我，真的好感謝，讓我不需整晚聞著煙味過夜，飯店早餐還挺豐富，可以試試

酒店內環境挺好的，歐美風格，咖啡主題，非常精緻的一家酒店，靠近新開的新機場，免費的接送機服務很方便，前台的服務很熱情，一般有什麼問題都能給及時解決，衛生挺好的，也一直住在這邊，很支持The hotel environment is very good, European and American style, coffee theme, a very exquisite hotel, close to the airport TAO, free pick-up and drop-off service at any time is very convenient, the front desk service is very warm, generally what problems can be solved in time, the hygiene is very good, and I have been staying there often.
