Surprisely Aircon is cooling for this stay. The staff at the breakfast lounge are especially attentive and courteous. Overall service from reception, f&b and also housekeeping is of above average standards.

This hotel was one of the best in Qingdao, I have stayed at this place every time I visit for the past 8 years. On this visit I notice the decline in service, No room service after 2pm and no RS after 8pmThe breakfast was so frugal you really saw the decline there. If you miss your breakfast (you pay for) best of luck to get anything at this place, you will need to order KFCThey have an executive dinner on the 23rd floor that serves Buggers, out of 10 listed on their menu (the Only thing you will get after breakfast is closed) they had just one that they could toss up, my question is why have a list of 10 varieties and off just one .You cannot regulate the aircon or heater manually in any of their rooms, it is set centrally at 28 degrees which is so uncomfortable, when asked why ? the manger told me to slide open the windows (?????)

我們一家住了3日此酒店雙床海景房,房間大舒適但廁所外之地板有少許污穢要自行清潔,但房間其他地方都十分潔淨,浴室有沐浴及浴缸選擇,現在很多酒店都沒有浴缸所以喜歡浸浴的可以選擇此酒店.酒店位置在青島西海岸區前面就是海岸商場公園及沙灘,吃喝玩樂十分方面,步行去紅樹林那邊沿沙灘行十五分鐘那邊有仿歐洲建築十分美麗,晚上7時半西海岸公園有噴水表演十分精彩.此區在青島市外人比較少,適合不喜歡多人的旅遊人士入住.

If you want a quieter getaway with a fantastic beach and loads of great restaurant options nearby, this is your spot. It is quite a long drive to the train station or into Qingdao, so you are a little stuck, however, we wanted the quieter beach feel, and we got it. The hotel facilities were taken up for daily weddings, so we could not use the open lobby area and the executive lounge was closed. The restaurant was packed each morning and it was hard to get a spot, but the breakfast was good. The pool was busy, but nice with great big lounge chairs. The room was huge and mostly clean, but had not been vacuumed. They could improve their room cleaning routines. Make sure you try to get a room higher up. We were on the 7th floor and our view was through dirty windows right over the large roof. It was not our hoped for sea view suite. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if we were in the same area. The beach and the public space with great food choices next door made up for the hotel shortcomings.

总体体验绝佳，高层海景十分惬意，值得一试。在城市中寻找静谧的同时，楼下商业圈子也很成熟，吃喝玩乐样样都有，酒店门口就是海底捞，再旁边还有城市景观公园，离沙滩也很近，冬天的海还是别有一番感觉。前台办理入住体验很棒，细致入微且专业；迎宾在疫情阶段为酒店保驾护航，耐心查看每位住客的行程码确保安全；保洁清洁卫生一丝不苟且积极，酒店虽有点旧，但基础维护的特别好，普通房型面积也很大。下次有机会一定要在天气暖和时再来体验一番

On the whole very good, with the service provided by staff excellent.Breakfast was good, but had to time it right to get cooked eggs hot, and never got a sunny side up fried egg properly cooked and not cold.Could do with updating the electrics in the rooms, with no USB sockets. Also electric socket where kettle was blew so had to use socket on floor.

It's quiet and clean. But it neglects small parts. The window was not fixed, so I had to sleep listening to the wind all night. I think you should change rooms or fix them more actively.

Not so clean for the first rate hotel. Far away from the sea beach. Noisy in the mornings: the neighbors woke up us at 6 am by knocking at the next door. After all continued to walk around and booming the doors till 8 am in the morning, of course it was impossible to sleep or rest ever after. Even then we got to the sea they didn’t allow us to relax or to swim. The guards constantly annoyed us by the whistles and letting us know that we are not allowed even to sit in the beach. What a great weekend: you came to the beach and you are not allowed even to sit on the sand :( ! The most amazing time spending was at the hospital: we needed to do the test where was not possible to register and no one could help us to do that, after they sent us to the main depar**ent and they finally made for us the registration afterwards again sent us to stroll around the hospital to do the test. All that travel to do the test took us 3 hours to enjoy! By the way: the second day results didn’t show off! So the stuff has no any slightest idea how to ease the stay of their guests. I think all these terrible experience will not let other guests book this hotel and choose some better options!
