★★★★★我在这家假日酒店大概待了20天,体验非常棒。 早餐服务 早餐中西餐都有,面食吧台有馄饨,刀削面,羊杂粉,卤也不少。热菜挺多的,大概6个左右吧,都是正餐的菜,甚至能当一份午饭...冷菜吧也有沙拉啊,酱鸭啊之类的,水果也都算可以。 我要提一提他们的服务,不知道是因为我是钻石会员的原因还是我住很久的原因,由餐饮部高女士领导的早餐团队展现了令人惊叹的热情好客:1. 工作人员在入住第三天就能记住我的名字和我的座位偏好 2.能记住我的个人咖啡口味,在我一入门的时候就开始给我准备咖啡 3.在最后一轮服务时主动询问是否需要额外食物。4.进门欢迎和吃完欢送,并询问需不需要打包咖啡走,整得我都不好意思了。 前台团队 Anna和Lily前台是温暖和高效的代表。她们友好的态度和专业的服务,使每次互动都变得愉快,无论是入住、退房还是处理任何请求。帮我主动升级了房型,因为我是好几个reservations, 她们帮我keep了同一个房间,有一回从外面回来,她们前台团队的还送了我张小提琴音乐会的邀请函。 客房清洁 客房清洁服务无可挑剔。负责12楼打扫的戴阿姨每天都会把房间打扫得干净整洁,营造出持续清新舒适的氛围。知道我每天喝很多水,会在桌上留够很多很多瓶水..... 整体体验 这家假日酒店远远超越了传统的住宿体验。个性化服务、多样的美食选择和贴心的员工,使住宿体验更像是一个温馨的家,而非普通酒店。 对于那些追求超越简单住宿的旅行者,这家大同假日酒店提供了一次真正难忘的住宿,完美融合了舒适、美食和卓越的热情接待。

★★★地理位置离古城4km,开车10分钟,周围比较荒凉,属于新城,吃饭的地方不多。 作为新开业酒店,硬件基本达标,房间无异味。虽然遇到了房间跳闸(只是用了开水壶)、电梯故障关不上门两大硬件事故。 软件问题就比较多了: 1、两个标间,一间冰箱里有上个客人遗留的外卖,一间房间里有上个客人留下的果核; 2、春节期间餐厅不提供餐饮服务,只提供8人以上套餐,我们三个人险些没有饭吃; 3、白金会员没有送果盘/小零食; 4、Check-in & out 办理时长过长,尤其退房时还要我教,告诉服务人员多收的预授权可以一会慢慢退。 还需要磨合。

The variety was quite comprehensive, offering both Chinese and Western cuisines, but I particularly enjoyed the Chinese options. The noodle station had chefs preparing fresh knife-cut noodles, wontons, and yang za fen. There were about 6 hot dishes, which were actually substantial enough to skip lunch entirely... The breakfast service was exceptionally good... The dining manager Ms. Gao and her team were incredibly warm: They remembered my name by the third day of my stay They knew my seating preferences They understood and noted my personal coffee preferences, preparing my coffee immediately upon my arrival During the last service round, they proactively asked if I wanted extra food Breakfast ended at 10am, but on several days I arrived at 10:01, and they never made me feel inconvenienced, always welcoming me in Front Desk Team Anna and Lily at the front desk were warm and efficient representatives. Their friendly attitude and professional service made every interaction pleasant, whether check-in, check-out, or handling any requests. They would help me receive packages and assist me with various needs. Housekeeping The housekeeping service was impeccable. Every day, the room was cleaned meticulously, creating a consistently fresh and comfortable atmosphere. I particularly liked Mrs Niu, who was responsible for cleaning the 12th floor. She was very serious and responsible. After learning that I drink a lot of water everyday, she would always leave multiple bottled water on the table after cleaning, which I truly appreciated. Overall Experience This Holiday Inn far exceeded traditional accommodation experiences. The personalized service, diverse food choices, and thoughtful staff made the stay feel more like a warm home than an ordinary hotel. For travelers seeking more than just basic accommodation, this Datong Holiday Inn offers a truly memorable stay, perfectly blending comfort, cuisine, and exceptional hospitality.

★★★There wasn't a single towel in the room. After taking a shower, I couldn't dry myself and felt very cold. I called the front desk, and they said there was no staff available to bring towels up, so they could only deliver them the next day. However, even until check-out, there were still no towels in the room."

★★★★When I stayed at the hotel for the first time, I didn't feel like there were significant issues, and I even left a positive review for the hotel. However, my second stay brought me a very unpleasant experience. Upon arrival at the hotel in the early hours, the television in the room started making strange noises at 3 a.m. After the engineering team came to address the issue (by disconnecting the power), there was no apology from the hotel management. The hotel front desk was extremely unfamiliar with IHG rules. As a Diamond member, I was entitled to breakfast for two, and had received this benefit during a previous stay in January. However, during breakfast on the morning of my stay, I was informed that "Diamond members only receive breakfast for one." It was only after I reviewed the IHG membership terms and conditions and provided proof that the issue was resolved. While the breakfast manager apologized afterwards, the front desk staff (including the duty manager) who caused this misunderstanding did not offer any apology. The lobby bar only opened at 11 a.m., and the welcome drink did not include coffee. The front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the beverage voucher rules.
