Poor customer service, smelly rooms. We moved to 3 different rooms until we received one with Air conditioning that worked. The beds are as hard as the floor!!! The only positive thing is the size of the rooms This was the second time we have stayed there this year. And had the same problems the last visit, was hoping this time it would be better. But No!!!!! Do not stay here!!!!

客户服务差，房间有异味。我们搬到了 3 个不同的房间，直到我们收到一间空调可以用的房间。床和地板一样硬！ 唯一的优点是房间的大小 这是我们今年第二次住在那里。上次访问时遇到了同样的问题，希望这次会更好。但不！！！！ 不要留在这里！

Awesome service and the room size was not bad at all considering the location being in the heart of Kowloon.

考虑到位于九龙中心的位置，服务很棒，房间大小也不错。
