服务：特別是前柜的娟子服务特別好！环境：舒适，非常适合渡假。设施：室內独立池很棒。卫生：整洁做得还不错。简单地来说，就是会想要经常来住。

Hotel design is not bad but location is not very convenient if you do not have drive, breakfast is average. Bad thing about this hotel is the in room hot spring pool is not very clean and only allow one soak and chargeable for 2nd soak for 300Rmb which is ridiculous, better to use their outdoor hotspring pool which is far more better. Also the hairdryer is pathetic, hot air blow is so weak and doesn’t work well when drying hair.

酒店设计还不错，但位置如果不开车的话不是很方便，早餐一般。这家酒店的缺点是房间里的温泉池不是很干净，只允许泡一次，第二次泡要收费300元，这太荒谬了，最好使用他们的室外温泉池，这样要好得多。吹风机也很差，热风太弱，吹头发时效果不好。

設施亦比較老 房間可惜沒有温泉 但室外温泉設施好 服務態度專業 而且床十分舒服 餐廳食物質素有水準 另外停車位比較方便 会推薦再來一下

環境不錯，設備ok，但地點一定要有車。到地鐵東風站，仲要call車先到酒店，酒店在半山，如無車，很難出去山腳玩。其他都好，早餐都幾好！

Do not stay here unless you have a vehicle!!! The service was wonderful! Everyone was so friendly. But, the entire trip was just a little weird. We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were the only guests at the hotel the entire trip and everything was closed (the public hot springs, pool, gym, all restaurants but one). It was still nice having our private hot spring on our balcony though! The one restaurant onsite was absolutely delicious (they gave us credit to eat there every night because everything was closed… like I said, excellent service!) Menu is all in Chinese so be prepared for translating and using a translation app to communicate if you cannot read/speak Chinese. The drive up from the security gate to the actual hotel is quite far so going for a walk into “town” was not convenient (we didn’t even try). There is no hotel shuttle service, which is surprising because it’s seriously in the middle of nowhere. There are no restaurants outside of the hotel within walking distance. We went to the Baishuizhai Scenic Resort to see the waterfalls and that was beautiful. We tried going to the Shimen National Forest Park and paid Didi to take us right back to the hotel because you need a car to take you in and Didi was expensive to pay for a private tour. All this to say, if you’re a foreigner and want to go to Conghua and/or a hot spring do not choose this one.

除非你有车，否则不要住在这里！服务很棒！每个人都非常友好。但是，整个旅程有点奇怪。我们去庆祝结婚纪念日。我们是整个旅程中酒店唯一的客人，所有设施都关闭了（公共温泉、游泳池、健身房、除一家餐厅外的所有餐厅）。不过，在我们的阳台上拥有私人温泉还是很不错的！现场的一家餐厅绝对美味（他们让我们每晚都在那里吃饭，因为一切都关门了……就像我说的，服务很棒！）菜单都是中文的，所以要做好翻译的准备，如果你不会的话，可以使用翻译应用程序进行交流读/说中文。从安全门到实际酒店的车程相当远，因此步行进入“城镇”并不方便（我们甚至没有尝试）。没有酒店班车服务，这很令人惊讶，因为它真的是在一个偏僻的地方。酒店外步行范围内没有餐厅。我们去白水寨风景区看瀑布，那很美。我们尝试去石门国家森林公园，付了滴滴的钱直接送我们回酒店，因为你需要一辆车带你进去，而滴滴的私人旅游费用很贵。综上所述，如果您是外国人并且想去从化和/或泡温泉，请不要选择这个。

我是來自香港的住客，在攜程下單訂住非常方便，洒店環境幽美房間整潔衞生，設備尚算齊全為欠U盤充電，服務非常體貼特別是前台的服務員(娟子)細心有禮。

温泉水只给一池水？入住沒说，虽然前台事后补送半池。这事老怪的。
