Had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel.|Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful hotel team at every step ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.|A special mention of Mr. Singh, Money Singh and Aayush (Intern) for going out of the way and helping me with some amazing food and valuable concierge guidance. I urge the GM to recognise these amazing talents who make guests like us feel like home.|Thank you

The room is good in every aspect. Some staff are grumpy. I could not eat anything there cuz the restaurant is not vegan-friendly and I had to find something to eat outside the hotel. The location of the hotel is great. Everything is accessible around it

Spent 2 nights. Hotel is amazing and centrally located. Beautiful decor and comfortable room|. |Carousel lounge has awesome views and the staff very welcoming. Especially Carrie, Deepa and Berlye. Highly recommend this hotel on your next trip

Greatest hospitality of staff ||The pleasant pleasure of staying in a stylish and relaxing environment. ||Every time I stay in this hotel, I have beautiful memories, the most important of which is the very good public relations of the employees. There is a pleasant aroma in this hotel that you cannot feel anywhere else.||The dreamy garden and pond of this hotel is one of the most beautiful views that can be seen in a hotel in the middle of the city.

The place was amazing and they have a great food. The Garden executive lounge is located at the top floor so you will have spectacular view. The staff were great specially Carrie, Lina and Ken, they always welcome you with a smile and ask for your needs. Every day they change the menu so you will not get tired of going there.

Lovely executive lounge, great staff, particularly Carrie, kanchan, Kitty and Cathy were very attentive, |I especially enjoyed the facilities, the pool and the executive lounge was great. |I look forward to my next visit. |The hotel location is also very central with great access to nearby shops and public transportation.

Excellent hotel, service and overall great experience, first time visiting here and I must say, wow. Clean, rooms well maintained, height speed internet. Chinese traditional food. I highly recommend this hotel. Hopefully will come again.

我們是香港旅客，是次入住酒店是與妻子趁復活節假期共渡旅遊紀念！由抵埗前的簡訊聯繫、專車接送、到埗後的Welcome Drink、入住登記效率、Welcome Drink、房間佈置和服務員團隊熱情的「噓寒問暖」，堪稱教材式的客戶服務體驗，令我和太太真正感受到何謂「貴賓式享受」！酒店本身的設計也堪稱一絕，位處南沙濱海公園內，現代化的外型與大自然環境融為一體，全海露台景觀令人心曠神怡，早上還可聽到雀鳥爭鳴，加上空氣清新，恰如身住鳥語花香的森林，也讓精神得以放鬆和忘憂，偶爾還會見到小昆蟲到訪一遊，非常「療癒」！由於酒店本身屬親子式奢華渡假酒店，故內外兒童游泳池、攀爬遊樂設施、波波池、小火車、電子遊戲室、桌球室和健身室一應俱全！至於餐飲方面，是次入住的套餐包括自助早餐、下午茶套餐和晚間雞尾酒套餐，食品質素不但到位，餐廳環境更堪稱一絕！尤其享受「烤吧」內的雞尾酒套餐時竟然有Live Band，加上餐廳當刻時段沒有其他客人，有感歌手專誠為我倆而唱，非常專業和感動！遺憾的是，因旅途時間有限關係，未能品嚐酒店中菜廳的菜淆，真的希望能多住一晚！再次感謝柯經理和其團隊的熱情款待，期待下次再次到臨！~~2024年3月31日自費入住行政海景房的香港旅客-熊先生
